I bought two of these in December 2018: purple for me and teal for my SIL. We both LOVE ours! I’m surprised about the negative reviews because ours are still in excellent condition over 5 years later. I use the bag as a beach bag when traveling because it folds up and zips to a small clutch size.**I would not overload the bag with heavy items. One reviewer said hers “didn’t make it to the airport”…I’m wondering how much weight was in the bag for one of the handles to tear off??In order to maintain the soft yumminess of the blanket, be sure to follow the laundering directions exactly. Wash cold delicate dry in dryer on the NO HEAT AIR DRY setting or hand to dry. I wash this blanket by itself. I have a different blanket by this same company the mimics “shearling” on one side and lambs wool one the other and it too has held up beautifully and is as soft and cozy as the day I bought it in 2018. My little Yorkie mix is a blanket hoarder and took this blanket over…Who am I kidding? He took over every soft, fleecy plush throw and blanket I own.Last, the neck pillow: the covering is very soft and not overly thick. It’s on the thinner side without being paper thin. The covering on mine wore a bit due to frequent use while reading in bed, but it never tore or wore through. Sadly, I unknowingly dropped it while loading my luggage at a Texas airport….BUT, I am purchasing this set again tonight. Purchase with confidence! Don’t over stuff the bag with a lot of weight and follow the laundering directions exactly, and the Chanyasa blankets will last for years. ENJOY!!

First of all, this was a gift for mom’s birthday. I’ve struggled for years with getting good presents for birthdays, Christmas, other holidays etc. So I ended up getting this idea from a friend and so I ordered it.She’s currently battling stage 4 ovarian cancer so I wanted to try really hard on her presents. This was one of the gifts she received and absolutely loved the idea and all things in them. She goes 4h away for treatment fairly often and the car rides are very annoying. She’s went on the trip again recently and used the neck pillow, eye wear thing, and the bag for personal items to carry easier. Absolutely loved them!!! She use’s the blanket pretty much every time she lays down or gets cold, loves the quality of the blanket with being so soft. So if anyone is thinking about getting this for a loved one or just themselves, definitely do it. With how much my mom loves this I’m going to order the stuff for myself! I bought this for my mother in law who is battling cancer and she loved everything that came in the package and she's using it every time she goes to her treatments. The blanket is very soft and the bag its great to carry everything together!

This collection (specifically the blanket and neck rest) helped my mom the most when she was fighting cancer. Unfortunently she went to hospice and passed July 3, but for the month and a half she was there with the blanket at the foot of her bed all the time. The blanket included was such a big symbol for me and her that even after everything holding and smelling her on it felt comforting. I want to thank this company so much because she wasn't very materialistic but this package made her the happiest before she left us. Thank you
