This is by far one of the best belts I've bought in a long time. The leather feels great. Just stiff enough to keep form but soft enough to not be painful. Very pleasing to the eye and I love how this belt puts the tail on the inside. Absolutely fantastic idea!Great value for money as well along with being perfectly functional.

Handy belt. I cut it a little long in case the locking length fails where I could cut a little more off for a different position.

This belt fixes all of the shortcomings of belts over the past 150 years! 1st of all it is made of quality leather and a sturdy buckle. Mine still looks brand new after almost 3 years!The ingenious design hides excess length of the belt behind the rest of the belt, no more "belt tail" flapping around loose between belt loops.The design also avoids the worn or stretched look of the belt holes that get exaggerated over time because there are no belt holes!!This belt has 9 inches of adjustment to fit you well as your waist expands and contracts. The best thing is it does not matter where you are in these 9 inches, the belt still looks flawless and has no "belt tail".The only way this belt can be made better is to have more buckle choices and possibly more belt colors. I am a fan and HIGHLY recommend this belt!The release to remove the belt takes some getting used to but should become a natural motion as you continue to wear it.The belt comes in 4 different colors, 4 different textures (black only), and 6 different buckles. Zitahli does not yet offer all combinations, but hopefully will offer more and maybe a couple more color choices in the future.

The overall quality and look of the belt is great. This was my first ratchet style belt, and was worried it would shift/loosen throughout the day but, after a month of use, this hasn’t been an issue. The buckle and belt both feel high quality. You will need to cut it to your size which is nice when you’re trying to get a perfect fit. Also the clamp on the buckle has little pretty sharp teeth that puncture into the actual belt which prevents the buckle from becoming loose (something i’ve experienced with other similarly styled belts). The only issue I’ve had is getting the tail to fit though my belt loops since the belt is fairly thick but this has more to do with the pants you decide to wear.

It looks great, is easy to setup (cut to size and attach belt buckle), and the quick adjustment is awesome. I’m the kind of person that doesn’t like to deal with stuff if I don’t have to and all my traditional belts with the holes for adjustment just feel annoying to use compared to this awesome belt.I am not being paid for this review and I have no association with the company, I just love the belt and hope this review helps someone else out.

The ratchet is a great idea. It holds well.

Ignore the strap. The primary feature of this belt is the buckle. Unlike many other buckles for replaceable-strap belts, this mechanism firmly bites into and retains the strap. Instead of small "hooks" like others, it has a row of spikes that cover the full width of the strap and penetrate almost completely through. The strap will not loosen or pull away like with other buckles; the mechanism is tight! While the included strap is fine, there is nothing special about it (I put it in a drawer as a spare). I'm using this buckle with an existing strap (a bit wider and thicker than the included strap) with excellent results. Even if you can't find the best match for your length requirements, buy any size just for the buckle! Then, buy replacement straps from any vendor (with the "ratchets" of course) to fit your size. You will end up with a very durable and dependable belt.
