Great dashcam for motorcycle
the order came three days earlier than expected. the delivery time to the Netherlands was less than a week. after installation 'plug and play' only the 128 gb micro sd card formatted in the dvr. the device works perfectly.

My recommendation - don't buy from INNOVV. If there is no problem with your system - you are lucky. When there is a problem - say buy to your money and forget about it. There's no real warranty, don't expect it.I've purchased K1 for my motorbike, it worked about 2 month really nicely, then I started to got the problems within the DVR unit.After I succeeded to convince them that the problem is in the DVR unit I have been told that (surprise!) K1 is no longer in production and that they suggest that I pay the difference for the newer K2 system and they will send it to me. Just that, no warranty, no nothing.But wait - it is not all the story. After couple of more month ie now, the system is getting more problems, and I wrote them Ok, I will take the K2 instead.Their answer was - sure, it will be in the production by the end of this month. Please stand by, pay more and be our beta tester once more. LOL

Great product and customer service
Excellent camera! It is only surpassed by the excellent customer service. I had a problem formatting the memory card when I was installing the system on a Saturday. I wrote an email to both the manufacturer and the USA rep. They both responded within a couple of hours with solutions. I couldn't believe it. They even followed up on Sunday. It is hard to find better customer service then that; especially on a weekend. The camera is working perfectly. It is reliable and downloads videos to my phone on command very quickly and without issue. I highly recommend this brand. Much better quality than others I've tried.

Good hardware - Weak User Interface - Terrible Instructions
The hardware appears to be of good quality (only installed a week ago). The picture quality is good, but car license plates are washed out when motorcycle high-beams are on.The documentation is absolutely horrible. Not only are certain portions simply wrong, but there are features that are not mentioned ("G-force") and there are no instructions on how the Android and iOS apps differ.

Great camera!
Great quality camera, solid hardware. I had some questions about setup and firmware upgrade, the seller was very prompt and helpful.
