Does not work on clogs downstream of the trap.
The sani-stick may work on clogs in the trap under the sink, but does not work on clogs further down the drain.

Clears Clogs Immediately!
Opened them as soon as they arrived. Put one in kitchen sink, bathtub and bathroom sink, the latter two being very slow. As soon as they were i, the drains opened up and the clogs were cleared immediately. Great stuff and safer than using the liquid drain openers.
