UPDATE (10/9/12):I asked the company on Facebook about how much magnesium and potassium are in each can, since it is not listed even though the can advertises having lots of both (?). Their reply was "about 676 mg Potassium and 29.12 mg Magnesium."---It seems that coconut water is one of those love-or-hate flavors that exist in the world (kind of like avocado). There doesn't seem to be a middle ground, either you really dislike it, or really like it.I'm definitely in the really-like camp. And I had to get to this brand to discover that. I had tried both  Vita Coco 100% Pure Coconut Water, 11.1-Ounce Containers (Pack of 12)  and  O.N.E. Coconut Water, 11.2-Ounce Aseptic Containers (Pack of 12) , and found both of them insipid tasting. But I find this brand refreshing and full of body.I compare the difference between "good" and "bad" coconut water to the difference between apple juice from concentrate and not from concentrate. The former has a watery taste, like it's not the real thing, whereas the latter is more like drinking an apple.This brand seems more like drinking a coconut (although that's something I've never done). But it doesn't have the icky blandness to it that the above brands have.I also really enjoy the bits of coconut pulp, they had to the experience and taste.This makes a great base for powder mixes, especially flavored ones like  Vega Whole Food Shake & Go Smoothie - Tropical Tango - 300g - Powder  and  Sequel Naturals Vega Shake and Go Smoothie Bodacious Berry -- 10.6 oz , and even  Garden of Life Perfect Food Raw Organic Powder Nutritional Supplement, 240 Grams .It's also great to drink as-is, straight from the can, as both a pre- and post-hydrator. I often drink half the can before a work-out and the other half after I'm done. If you research, it is best to pre-hydrate so your body has the extra fluids/minerals readily available as they are being depleted, rather than only hydrating after you are exhausted and dehydrated.This 12-pack will last you a long time, especially considering each can is two servings (~2 cups).

Great flavor, great quality.

I used to purchase the great value organic coconut water and loved it, but I began ordering many different coconut water on here to try. I've tried about 5 different brands here and 2 in different stores.Amy and Brian, to me, is the best so far and a close second behind the Great Value Organic that isn't sold anymore. I'm very happy that I subscribed and have it come in every 2wks.My only issue is that the cans will come in bent at times due to shipping.

Love this pure coconut water the little lime makes it taste really good.

So I've tried so many different coconut waters, but this one has the color of urine when poured into a cup. Also, it tastes a bit nutty... not sure if the can is rusted and the rust leeched into the water?? Initially there was sort of a toasted coconut taste, but now that I see the color I'm not so sure that's what the taste is. I'll still continue my search for a decent coconut water.Why does this have to be so difficult? 🤷🏽‍♀️

By far my favorite coconut water drink and flavor. By itself it is so sweet and refreshing, I like to mix 50% with unflavored coconut water for a more subtle lime flavor.

Taste is outstanding! I drink 2 every day. This is perfect for golfing hydration.
