Conventional gum brands mask a long list of synthetic petrochemicals in the catch-all term "Gum Base". To this inorganic plastic goo they add artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, and a cocktail of carcinogenic sweeteners - including the infamous Aspartame. Even if you don’t swallow gum, these potential toxins still make their way into your bloodstream through the mucous membranes of your mouth. To get back to our natural roots, we rediscovered Ancient Mayan traditions and chose to produce Chicza using chicle. Chicle is made of sap sustainably harvested from native Chicozapote trees that live and produce gum for over 300 years.

Great natural gum
Great natural gum product. Really like the flavor, doesn't taste artificial or really intense.It takes some getting used to, since when you first put it in your mouth it's really brittle and hard, until you chew on it for a bit. Like other natural gums the flavor doesn't last too long, and it get's a little hard to chew after a while. But honestly that's okay —get's me not to chomp on gum all day.Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is because for a more responsible, eco friendly gum it is over packaged. Small individual packets, are sealed with a foil wrapper, paper wrap.

Pretty solid!
For a healthy gum/non-plastic, it's pretty decent tasting. Makes your teeth feel clean (like they just got polished and mouth feel fresh but isn't the best chewiness.

Taste good but flavor doesn't last
I have ordered this before in the past. My favorite organic gum so far, but like all the organic gums the flavor dyes off very quickly. Still awaiting for a gun that has long lasting flavor, but until then this one gets my pick.
