The left button and the right button of the ECHTPower Ergonomic mouse have a silent clicking design, which reduces clicking noise by 90% compared to the regular mouse. See the video for details.

Q: Does the wheel scroll quietly or does it click? I have another mouse that has quiet buttons, but the wheel is annoyingly loud.

The mouse wheel so far has been quiet. If it makes a sound, it is not loud nor annoying. It also has some setting to turn off the lights, and the Mouse Wheel clicks easily. All in all a good purchase.
