To be honest, writing a review is really not my thing. It's just too much work, and I've already got enough works to do, but this microscope really amazes me, so here we go.I am a current a chemical engineering student, we need to do a lot of experiments and have loads of samples to observe. However, as is the case in most labs, there are just not enough microscopes for everyone to use and it's always in queue. Thus, wanting to make a reasonable use of the time, I’ve even daydreamed that perhaps I could just buy a microscope and put it at home. Later, I accidentally came across this portable microscope. It DOES blow me away. The microscope is just so easy to mount and use. You can even save the time of those complex tuning. I think I’ll just provide some pictures as reference.here are some suggestions for microscope old-hands and will make your life easier:1. If you find the lens hard to put on, there’s a black clip to switch the lens to.2. To avoid contaminating the circular slide, just grab a slide from your lab, which is also compatible with this microscope. You can even replace the fragile coverslip with the sampling stickers offered inside.This microscope might not completely replace the conventional microscopes for a phd student, but in such size of the portable microscope, the product is really well-done.

First of all I would like to qualify this review by saying that I can rarely be bothered to write reviews about anything. However this product has really impressed me. I work as a science tutor and had been looking for a decent smart phone microscope for several years - literally. I have tried all sorts including making my own. This product stands out an arm and leg in front of anything else I have tried. It is expensive but it is worth the price. I have been able to obtain useful magnifications including the digital up to almost 400 times. Of course the images will not be as good as a good quality binocular microscope but for what it is, and given its portability it is definitely worth it. The overal product has been very well designed with lots of minor features added which overal make it totally brilliant. That's my opinion at least. I think anyone with a knowledge of microscopy will not be disappointed though. I have not yet been able to see bacteria but I have done several videos of really microscopic fresh water invertebrates using a cavity slide and cover slip, and photographing leaf stomata was a doddle.

i got this as a mobile setup for hobby microscope photography on the go and actually with a good phone camera i got better quality photos and videos than my actual compound microscope (for reasonable magnification). The whole package is obviously geared towards children / educational use and in that respect it is one of the better science kits i have seen. The overall design of the parts and sticker slides concept is simple but not childish and the instructions are straightforward telling you how to setup but not what to do with it (as many "Educational" kits tend to do nowadays). In that sense it is an open ended educational kit that treats children with respect as individuals with innate curiosity rather than trying to infantilize them further with garish cartoony design.

It is easy to hook up with easy auto-focus function integrated from iPhone/iPad. It's an easy and convenient portable microscope. However, the resolution is not very good under high mag, considering the price as spent. Overall, still a very good portable microscope to invest if you are a high school teacher or an environmental scientist that needs a light and easy-carrying microscope for research.

The design and use of the microscope attachment is very clever and easy to use. Not a toy but a serious piece of equipment to do specialized viewing of the micro world!

The packaging for the product was extremely appealing. It came safe and earlier than expected, even with customs delay. The high magnification microscope is very easy to use, however there were some troubles with the low magnification lens in terms of lighting, a flashlight is needed from different angles in order to sufficiently light the product. Overall, extremely satisfied with the products. (images show product packaging, small particles on top of a leaf, human hair, and human fingerprint)

I received this in a very neat box, and this microscope is easy to use. The manual clearly explain each item and how to use. You just clip it on your cell phone and already to see the amazing images.

This microscope kit is absolutely unbelievable! Great step by step instructions for set up via the app! Wonderful customer service! You will not be disappointed! A fraction of the price of large microscopes that you cannot take with you easily. With this we can take it on nature walks and look at anything right away on my phone or iPad. So easy to use! We love it!
