Door falls off
I Just got mine but am disapointed with product. I wanted a litter box with a lid and a door to control the oder and litter mess. The door of the litter box is too narrow and doesnt stay on. Easy fix but I shouldn't have to fix a brand new product.

I have emailed regarding this item before, the items door popped off on both of the litter boxes. This has been nothing but waste of money and time with the seller.

Litter sticks to the box
Cat litter sticks to this box. I had an inexpensive rectangular box previously and two cats sharing the box and never had this issue. I have only one cat and this new box, which looks ok, but the lid does not stay on properly (not to lift, just to cover litter). The door also falls off periodically when my cat exits. But the worse thing is the litter that sticks to the sides/ corner/ and bottom. I have not had this previous issue with the litter, but tried a different brand as well. Both with the same results. I would not buy this product again. the seller did ship promptly, just do not like the product. i have not requested to return, but have bought a new box (another brand), which will be arriving soon.

Good but huge and latches difficult.
Enormous... Latches on sides very difficult to open/close though.

Get what you pay for
Very poor quality. Bought it for the round bottom which my old one had because it makes for easy cleaning but this is not round as expected

I take a 15 hour road trip a couple of times a year usually with 2 cats and 3 dogs. My cats can use the box, I don't have to smell it and it keeps the dogs from cleaning the box for me.
