This toilet seat is badass. I use it two maybe three times a day, i have put it through some hard use in the past month since my purchase and it has stood strong with me through thick and thin and against unbearable odds. I am a bit of an idiot and did not read the description before i bought it and thought i was going to recieve a bare wood toilet seat but i guess that just isn't practical, imagine the splinters! Suffice to say i was not dissapointed when it arrived the design is really nice and it came with all the bits and bobs i needed to replace the insidious "last toilet seat" Thank you very much !

Excellent toilet seat , beautiful to look at , warm to sit on and easy to install . I’m a 73 year old lady and I managed by myself. ( just remember to read instructions on back of the box before you put it in the recycling.)

There is something slightly odd about a distressed, salvaged wood effect in a plasticky, very glossy finish. But it's fun, and you wouldn't really want distressed wood to sit on and clean, would you? It seems stable, but time will tell. Normally, I am rendered helpless and apoplectic by assembly instructions consisting entirely of diagrams, but I had no problems with this. There were hassles with the courier, Hermes, who gave conflicting explanations why they didn't deliver on the specified date, neither of them to Hermes' credit.

What a GREAT toilet seat!Not only is it a great shape, it’s really easy to fit with simple instructions and seems super sturdy! Nothing worse than a unsturdy toilet seat!The pattern was a plastic gloss finish and not Matt like I expected but doesn’t take away from the quality and positive effect the toilet seat has had on my life!Buy it! In whatever colour you like!

This the second one of these I have purchased over the past 6 months. Very well made seat and far better than any I have had in the past.11 months in and lower seat veneer has started to seperate from the core. I have attempted to contact the supplier but after a week I have not had a response?

Decided to take a risk on a different toilet seat, still congratulating myself. It is a well made taking point. It also is a welcome addition to my bathroom. Now looking at matching sink plugs

I wanted a wooden seat which was similar to my old one and this fitted the bill perfectly. The old seat was harder to take off than it was installing this new one!Pefectly happy with my purchase and would buy one of these again.

It's good, certainly easy to clean and looks nice, highly polished and it's very comfy. But, like all toilet seats, well all I've ever come across anyway, it's a pig to fit. It might seem easy when you are in a factory but when you are lying down, trying to do up the bolts with your head twisted at an odd angle, unable to see and working by feel only, then it becomes a pig. It took me over an hour to fit because of the above, when oh when will toilet seat manufacture's come up with a seat that just clips into place.
