Bought for my boyfriend as a Christmas present after complaining he was caught by a average speed camera when he was under the limit 😂 works perfectly. Automatically turns on every time we go in the car and picture quality is good. Works well at night too and easy to fit.

I can't really complain too much given that I bought this device at a severely cut down rate of under £30 but I would have been far more unhappy if I'd paid the normal price of £120 or thereabouts. Quite simply, after about 2 months of operation, the unit decided to keep switching itself off or wouldn't even switch on again. It isn't the issue reported elsewhere with the G-sensor being too sensitive and the entire memory card getting filled with undeletable "crash" footage, the problem shows up within a few minutes of installing and freshly formatting a new microSD card.

The camera may be perfect once I have solved the cryptic crossword type instructions, hence one star deducted. However it is quite sturdy and well made. I would have liked the cigar lighter plug to incorporate a USB port allowing for two items to be used at once but, fortunately our car has a USB port and a lighter socket. I hope to do an update when it has been thoroughly tested.UPDATE.. Got it working for a while then it froze, reset it following the comical instructions and later it froze again. I don't want to spend my life messing about with this camera when it should be a simple plug and play process. BTW I am not stupid, I am a retired Technical Engineer, but the instructions in parts are indecipherable.

I have persevered with this for too long and will now consign it to where it belongs, in the trash bin. To start, the window sucker does not hold on, the adjustable bracket will not tighten and it came without instructions or software. My other dash cam is a Nextbase and I should have bought another one instead of this Vehicle Blackbox dash cam. I cannot adjust any of the settings and cannot view any recordings either with Nextbase Replay or VLC Media Player or Windows Media Player. I am unable to download any info for this recorder and fully regret my purchase.

Good quality cam test in daylight and nightime and video is clear number plates are easy to read . My only quibble would be that it doesnt come with an sd card maybe do an offer for the whole package?

UPDATE - FIXED: Replacement also turned itself off and on constantly and flashing the screen black so I did further investigations. Turns out the motion detection G-sensor is far too sensitive, so every single bump in the road was registering as a "crash"... meaning it moves the file to a non-overwriteable folder, while showing a black screen for a second. Doing this constantly stresses it out so much it reboots. This also explains the problem people report of the camera not loop recording when the memory is full... if it's filled itself up with non-deleteable "crash" recordings, it has no more space to work with.The fix? Turn the G-sensor option off. I know this loses a feature of the camera, but at least it will actually record video for you.So while this may help people that already have it, don't buy this camera.When I reported it as faulty, they sent me two more, so I now have three. While that seems very generous, I can't help but wonder they expected at least one of the others to have the same problem too.

Ware ist auf Termin eingetroffen.Camera ausprobiert und hat gut geklappt.Bild und Ton gut.Leider ist keine Bedienungsanleitung in deutscher Sprache dabei.Darum nur 4 Sterne

Wenn man sich hier die Bewertungen anschaut, fällt mein Gerät wohl aus dem Rahmen. Die Bildqualität ist alles andere als gut: im Vergleich zu anderen Dashcams eindeutig unscharf und verschwommen.Die Kamera hat kein Auto An/Aus bei Betätigen der Zündung.
