Owned for 7 months. After about a month the light stopped working. I contacted the company and they were super fast about sending a replacement. A few weeks after using the replacement the light stopped working but it still did the job so it wasn't an issue. However a few weeks ago it stopped charging. I contacted the company twice since there is supposed to be a 1 year warranty, but no reply. Had to contact Amazon for a return. The item was good when it worked but didn't last long enough to be worth the buy. Invest in a product that will last longer.

It’s my first time using an epilator and I’m not sure if I’ll go this route to regularly remove the hair on my legs because I fill like it requires more time and patience but legs look and feel so smooth. But it’s a good thing that this device has 4 different attachments. It’s includes razor and 2 epilator heads and callus Remover. I already used the callus Remover and so far I’m liking it.

Bought this about a year ago. Sparsely used, kept clean, yet the epilator has stopped charging all of a sudden. There’s no way to troubleshoot this because I can’t get the epilator to open. Very disappointed with this product.

This is my first time buying a product of this type, and although the hair remover is slower than I expected, it’s less painful than expected.Then again, when you consider the time and cost of waxing, this device is a real winner. Definitely recommend.You will, however, have redness and swelling for several hours, so plan accordingly.
