They arrived earlier than informed on the dispatch note. They fit well in my shoes, but tend to slip slightly as I wear them for longer periods in the day.Having said that, I ordered them as I was in extreme pain.....and wanted them urgently BEFORE my appointment, which was 3 weeks later. (I need cups with and arch supports, I have been advised). Meanwhile, these cups are helping to reduce some pain, at least. And I can walk very short distances instead of no distance at all.Dilip.

Not as thick as I thought
I brought these for my sons footy boots but they didn’t give h much support

Pretty good, shame they aren't adhesive apartheid know this when buying them, as think would feel a bit more secure. Because they go up with t the sides, can make your shoe feel slightly tighter, but they are comfy.

Absolutely great.
These insoles are absolutely great.Having just have a cortisone injecton in my heel and I could only walk with the help of a walking stick after a few day’s of using theses insoles i’am not using the walking stick.Also the pain in my heel has almost gone.I will buy some more of these insoles for my other shoes.

Have tried these for a few days. They are ok, but nothing more. Whilst they do soften heel impact they are not very secure when fitted in the shoe.The two pairs I received were all marked 'L', but didn't look as though they were handed, so assumed they aren't.I wouldn't buy them again, however at the price they are not expensive.

Well worth the money.
I am a size 5 and these fit perfectly into my trainers, shoes and boots. I wear them all day and the have helped my heel pain massively. I am also using compression socks to help.

Ok but more support needed...
As I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis, I needed some cushioning on my heel to help the impact. These come in a pair, so you can put one in each shoe. As I only need it on the right hand side, it is no problem. However, I feel they do not give as much cushioning as I expected and I wear them with another insole to give plenty of support whilst walking.

Ces semelles remplissent leur fonction. Elles soulagent le talon. Donc parfait de ce coté.Les talonnettes résistent bien à la marche. Une fois passées sous l'eau cela part bien. Elles collent jusqu'à ce qu'elles soient sèches.

A mí me sirvieron dos dias, a partir de ellos tuve que dejarlas porque se desplazaban. No intenté pegarlas porque decidí ir al podólogo que es lo que debí hacer desde el primer dia.

wirklich sehr weich
Aufgrund eines leichten Fersensporns habe ich mir diese Gel-Kissen gekauft. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Die Kissen federn hervorragend und der Fersensporn hat sich innerhalb von zwei Wochen verbessert. Da ich die Kissen nicht immer von Schuh zu Schuh umpacken möchte, werde ich mir noch 3-4 weitere Exemplare besorgen.

Material ist einheitlich Gummi ohne Härteunschiede an der Ferse. Zudem sind beide Einlagen mit einem L für links gekennzeichnet, wobei das irrelevant ist, weil die Einlagen absolut symmetrisch aufgebaut sind. Weiterhin rutschen die Einlagen in den Schuhen hin und her. Somit für mich leider unbrauchbar.
