Instructions would be nice
So, I decided to get a speed cube for Christmas and I'm addicted now. I saw a person on YouTube use an aerosol silicone lubricant that was very cheap. I'm cheap, so I went to the store and picked up a can. The spray worked pretty well, but it left stains on my stickerless cube. For that reason (and the fact that I ended up buying like 4 more cubes) I decided to fork over the cash for the Lubix. The lubricant works fine. I wish it came with instructions as to how to best apply the lubricant. Like I said, I'm just a beginner, so I don't know all the ins and outs of cube care. Also, the nozzle gets a bit sticky. It comes with a large cylinder to hold the syringe and a small cylinder to hold the nozzle when it's not in use, but the lubricant gets gooey in the small cylinder and it can be difficult to remove it. I've made it a habit to keep a toothpick with the set so I can fish the nozzle out of its housing.I would say all of the above knocked one star off my review, but the other star is just for the fact that it costs so much. Why so pricey?

Highly recommended lube
This lube has made all of my cubes faster. It doesnt take much lube to go a long ways.

Works like a charm!
This lubricant is awesome, speeds up your cube a lot if you know how to use it! To all you beginners who have never had lube before:Make sure to watch a tutorial. You are only suppose to use a certain amount on certain places of the cube, or else it will make your cube VERY slow and sticky!

I love this very easy to apply only issue I have is that some of it is leaking down from the inside of the syringe and that may be my fault because after im done applying i pull the syringe back until there is an air bubble inside to make sure it doesn't leak out of the top. Overall I would defiantly and will be buying more whenever it runs out :p.

I use this in all of my cubes and it is amazing, my dayan zhanchi which was old and practically dried up was as good as some brand new cubes after lubing it.

Cheaper and More Quantity on Lubix Site
I was surprised and disappointed to see that since May, 2013 Lubix.com is selling a larger version of this item (25% more) on their own site and it's less expensive.

Puzzle Lubricant
How much fun is this toy? Well, I like squeezing the syringe. How would you rate this toy's education value? Lubix taught me that all (*most) silicone lubricants are the same, except for the price. How durable is this toy? It doesn't break when I drop it or anything.I saw a review on this page, so I thought I'd back it up with another one. Lubix is basically the same all all the other silicone-based lubricants. I'm not sure how much 8cc is, but I do know that the syringe wasn't full when I received it. I have about 40% of the tube left after lubricating about 10 puzzles. I still don't think it can lubricate 60 3x3's, but maybe it can. I lubricate screws, springs, washers, the core, a corner, and an edge. About 35 "ball drops" of Lubix per ZhanChi. Lot's of Lubix = sluggish, gummy, and quiet. Little Lubix = Fast.Pros:Logos includedLubricates without discoloringWorks on all twisty puzzles (Except the Rubik's Cube. Vaseline for that)Cons:I paid how much for something worth $5? Only puzzle lubricant I could find on Amazon, plus people say it's magical. (It's great stuff, but I'd save $20 for something else next time.)Update: Just found out I can get 7x the amount for $5. General silicone lubricant, not specifically designed for puzzles.- 3/12/13 - Just finished the syringe. Impossible to clean. A little dab on your fingers is fine to wipe off (like during use), but when you get more than that, it becomes first sticky, then anti-perspirant, ending with really smooth disgusting no-grip fingers. Soap does nothing.- Did it lubricate 60 3x3 cubes? Maybe 30-40, professionally lubricated, down to the guts. Not sure, didn't count. I professionally lubricated 30 puzzles (+/- 1 or 2), but puzzles of all sizes, ranging from 9x9 and kilominx, to 2x2s and 30mm 3x3s.
