Really great for pain relief
Following an injury to my right hip nearly two years ago, my left hip became incredibly painful as, try as I might not to overload the uninjured side, it’s inevitable. My pelvis keeps tilting due to posture adjustment and stresses the sacroiliac joint causing an immense amount of pain. I wasn’t even able to sleep properly. After repeated visits to the osteopath and a large amount of money spent, I found these. This belt supports my pelvis and enables me to sit, walk, stand and most importantly for my mental health, continue with my physio and some of my fitness regime. On a bad day, I even wear it to sleep. It’s easy to fit and there are innumerable Youtube videos if you’re having trouble. I don’t always have it at the same tension, sometimes I need more support than others.I did consider the cheaper options available but decided in the bigger scheme of things, my health was worth the extra cost and went for the product that is recommended by professionals. I now have two of these so I always have a clean one. I’ve had these three months now and these things have made life tolerable whilst I wait for treatment on the other hip.The Velcro is incredibly strong and is still showing no signs of wear and tear. When washing, I have the belt loosely done up so all the Velcro is connected, put it in a washing bag so it doesn’t come into contact with anything else and wash without fabric softener. This is easy for me as I never wash any of my gym clothing with fabric softener as I find that fabric softener seems to hold the sweat smell in.All in all, I highly recommend these. If you are in pain, it's worth every penny.

Your Back's New Best Friend
This Serola Belt? Straight-up magic. I strapped it on, and it was like my spine sent me a thank-you note. The instant relief was so good, I half expected confetti to fall from the ceiling. Whether you're lifting heavy at the gym or working a physical job that turns your lower back into a permanent complaint department, this belt has your back—literally. It’s perfect for keeping things in place when you're putting serious strain on your joints, like a supportive hug that says, "I've got you." But before you start wearing it like a fashion accessory, word to the wise: don’t go using it 24/7 without checking in with your doctor. It’s a great tool, but your body might start relying on it like a crutch, and next thing you know, you’ll need it to grab a cereal box off the top shelf. In short, this belt is an amazing invention—just use it wisely, or you'll end up with a belt addiction.

in perfect condition, in compact pack
Delivered quickly, in perfect condition, in compact pack. Complected with clear instruction of use. Using is easy. As instruction said, use back mounts to adjust belt for comfort. I discovered that you should use those back mounts to achieve more stable and lasting belt stick. Sometimes belt slips upwards, when you are bending a lot, bet it stays in place when running and walking. I use belt everytime when running, feeling more stable. I think the belt helps me in rehabilitation process, I use it every time when some pain returns, or I plan to do some hardf work, it lets me feel stable. Of course you should always use your ABS at first when doing hard work, this belt only helps.

Worth the higher price point
I bought this belt after having used a cheaper one first which wasn’t suitable for use. I couldn’t believe the difference when compared to the cheaper option. The quality is noticeably significantly better.I have been suffering with piriformis syndrome for two years and have relied on this belt in the last few months for symptom management. I was recommended it by my physio and note it’s also the SIJ belt that the NHS recommend. There is also a really great website (if you search serola) which explains how sacroiliac joint instability causes referred pain and how the belt works, which is really handy to understand the root cause of your pain.If you’re considering whether or not to pay more for the Serola belt, I suggest you don’t bother wasting your money on any other belt (buy cheap buy twice).

Immediate relief
**Reviewing after 1 hour**I was struggling with SI joint pain due to pregnancy and could hardly walk due to the stabbing feeling with every step, stairs were basically a no go. This belt gave immediate relief - the pain is still there in the joint but it’s not the excruciating level it was, it’s more like strong discomfort. I can walk normally, picking up my feet instead shuffling around, and have been able to get up and downstairs with no help. I’ve also been able to get through some of the strengthening exercises recommended to actually start healing. The material is good quality and stiff enough to actually give support unlike the fully elastic ‘pregnancy support belts’ I’ve looked at. The velcro is the good quality stuff and keeps a strong hold. The instructions are really clear too, it’s easy to put on and feel confident you’ve got the positioning and tension right.Obviously I can’t speak to long term use yet but the relief and freedom it’s given me after weeks of debilitating pain is overwhelming.I’m currently 21 weeks and the belt is comfortable enough to wear in the recommended position, however I do feel like it will be less comfortable with a bigger bump (or a full bladder) and will need to be worn lower, so support may be affected then.
