Warm knees while cycling
I ride my bicycle five days a week in Boise, Idaho. We have already had some days this fall when it was below 50F on my way to yoga. I don't like to wear bike pants in yoga class, but some days my knees have ached when I got home, and I couldn't seem to get them warm. These knee warmers are a huge help. I have now worn them under sweat pants (to tai chi class), over yoga leggings, and over my winter bike pants. They are lightweight - even seemingly thin - but they are brushed on the inside and keep the wind off. The silicone bands keep them in place while I am riding, and they did not interfere with tai chi or yoga. I am happy to have them as an option for autumn rides - they make a real difference.I am a woman, 5'4", and wear size 12 jeans - so I bought the Large size based on my thigh measurement. These kneewarmers are not at all tight around my thighs (but as I said they don't seem to slip), and they are long enough for a person much taller than I am (maybe almost too long). They are definitely worth a try, and a real bargain.

Very warm
During cold weather I need to keep my knees warm because once they start hurting it’s over. These keep my knees warm and do not fall down even when on my feet all day at work. Not bulky and can wear with jeans. I’ll be getting a secon pair for sure

Good for fall, but not sure about colder weather
I’ve been using these leg warmers for my morning cycling session, and they’ve been a great addition to my cold-weather gear. They provide solid protection against the October chill, keeping my knees warm and comfortable in temperatures around the low 40s°F. The thermal material feels soft and cozy, and the fit is snug without being too tight, which is perfect for maintaining mobility while riding. The anti-slip design works really well; I haven’t had to adjust them once during my rides, even on longer cycling sessions. I do wonder if they’ll be enough for the colder winter months ahead, but for fall cycling, they've been fantastic so far. A great option if you’re looking for some extra knee warmth and support during cooler rides.

Great fit, love these
These are great for those early mornings when a full leg warmer is too much, but you want y po ur knees warm. They fit snug, just as I had hoped.

Not Quite There for Me
I wanted to love the ROCKBROS Knee Warmers. They seemed like a great way to keep my knees warm during outdoor activities. However, I found them to be lacking in comfort and practicality. The biggest issue was that they weren't very comfortable. The fit wasn't snug enough, and they would slip down my leg throughout the day, especially when wearing jeans or trousers. This constant readjusting became quite annoying.Even if I managed to pull them back up, fixing them while wearing pants was a hassle. The material didn't seem to grip well enough over clothing. While the idea is solid, the execution for me fell short. They might work better for activities where you wear tighter clothing or if you don't mind frequent adjustments.

Warm
Work well for me at a good price. Thinner fleece that blocks the wind. Grippers work well.

It fits alright. They get a bit lose as you walk, but they hold
Well made and easy to put on. Good value for the price. They get a bit lose as you walk but not to the extent where they lower.
