Good replacements and funny
I lost a cap for one of my tires so I wanted to find something cheap and funny. They do glow but need to be exposed to sun or light. So kind of pointless unless you driving at night near a bunch of light sources.

Not bright at all
At first it was no glow. I took it inside then went back out and it was glowing a little bit. Once I put it in the vehicle you can see a little glow bug glow if you are right up on the tires. I gave them to my kids to put on their bikes. Would not recommend on vehicles.
