Not for tiny waists. My waist is about 24 inches and I wanted some extra support when lifting or just days I felt bloated. On me it wraps around to the next wing on the far side of the heart (so 1 wing and the entire heart are covered). Because of where it secures, or should secure, it doesn't really because of the rhinestone things covering almost the full length of the material. All it really does is hold your phone. Gave it two stars because I suppose it does that but in no way does it fit. I wish their was a waist guideline for this and I wouldn't have chucked my money down the drain. Back to my normal leather lifting belt and latex sports corset.

Not too sure about this product. On the front of the packaging in BOLD content.. It states that the chemicals in this waist belt are carcinogenic and may cause reproductive health problems...smh? It is suppose to be worn against your skin, as seen in the picture. But I will not chance it. So I place it on top of my shirt, using my shirt as a skin barrier between the band and my actual skin.

Is this product a one size fit all because mines barley fitting around my waist

Waist Trimmer belt works as described. I wear it during my lift and also cardio. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. It's helping me prepare for a competition next month. Thank you again.

The phone holder is a great addition and I haven't seen it on any other sweat belts. Also, the designs are sexy. The ab/back support  is phenomenal. Worth every penny!
