Awesome umbrella! I keep getting compliments and people keep asking where I got it. It is easy to put together and use. I just got some 16 x 16 paver stones from Lowes to anchor it down and it works great. We get some pretty heavy winds here but if you fold the umbrella down and tie it to the pole, there shouldn't be a problem. I love the color too! I spent $300 on another umbrella like this one and although you can tell a difference (plastic instead of metal on certain parts) I actually kind of like this one better. I wish I had just bought two of these instead!

Sunbleaches fast
It's pretty, but it does sway in the wind a lot as other reviewers mentioned. I wasn't really expecting it to hold up to Utah winds, so I had it against the house, in a position that it would be tossed around, during windy time. What saddened me was that when I opened it (a couple weeks later), it was already REALLY sunbleached except for the areas that were tucked in when it was closed! I wasn't expecting that so soon! I will NOT buy this again. It would be cheaper for me to make my own, using quality sun-worthy fabric!

Instructions
Worse instructions I've ever seen for assembly, and that's saying a lot. More like a bad parts list. Will review further if and when I manage to assemble it.Got it assembled. Do not buy without weights for the base, you need them. The water filled ones I bought for$60 work so far, but there are no slots in the containers for the legs, giving a crooked sloppy look.

Great Umbrella But A Couple Precautions
A little difficult to maneuver open and closed but can be done with one person. Looks of good quality, made well, functions well. I bought another umbrella from this brand, same color, and therefore know the material will fade within 2-3 months (We store it closed but still outside). Still usable though (no breakdown of the material and still looks presentable). -- Also, we have a built-in umbrella hole by our pool and bought this to go in it. Please note the pole diameter in this specific style is larger than a typical pool umbrella. It would not fit (but we rigged a system and made do!) Overall, great for the price and looks nice.

Good for a few months.
The produ t is very easy to assemble and looks amazing. However, I put this up last summer and it's a mess after 1 seasons use. One of the metal arms that holds the umbrella has broken, the pole has rust spots, and you cannot keep it from spinning around when the wind blows so you don't have consistant shade with it if there is so much as a slight breeze. I have tried to put a metal screw through both parts that I could see moving when the wind blows, which did nothing to help. However the material of the umbrella is very nice and has kept its color very well so if I can find a replacement that is the same size I will reuse the canopy.

This umbrella was one of the cheapest 10' offset umbrellas I saw. I took a chance on it and it has been very nice. I needed to go to the hardware store and buy 4 16"x16" pacers to weigh down the base ($14 total) and that's all it took. Easy to set up and works nicely. We shall see how long it holds up in the AZ sun :-)

Not made to last... such a disappointment.
We bought this just a few months ago. Until about a month ago we had a cover over the umbrella to protect it from the weather. Since uncovering it, it has faded really quickly. I have 2 other umbrellas that I have bought at the same time to go around my pool and neither of those have faded. Super disappointing. Didn't even last a month and already looks horrible. You absolutely need weights for the base or the umbrella will not stand when opened. The size is nice but we are just so disappointed with the durability of this umbrella.

Works in sun, wind and rain.
So far mechanically and aesthetically it works as described and we love the color. This replaced an old umbrella and it's better quality. I don't remember if the marketing says you need weights to keep it from tipping (you do). We use it daily by the pool. It really is rain resistant.
