Our new rescue Aussie likes to wander. Around and smell everything on our daily walks and this leash gives him enough freedom and operates very easily probably the best retractable we've ever tried.

I’ve had a few of these, and I like them. They don’t last forever in my house, my pup likes to chase squirrels, and I let him, trailing this behind him. They always hold up better than expected, and that’s all I ask of them.

Used for 2 years and the issues I had were that sometimes it didn't retract all the way and I had to pull on the cord to tighten it up inside. Often the button wouldn't press down unless you pulled the cord a bit. I didn't mind these things and was well accustomed to how it worked. For some reason it snagged on the inside and because it can not be opened up, I had to throw it away. The leash cord was strong, never tore. I have a small dog but she is a strong puller, often pulling me along. I'm buying another just like it to replace it because I feel 2+ years is worth it

This is a very nice leash at a reasonable price. The lock is easy to work with no slippage. I am satisfied with the looks and feel.

I would highlight recommend this retractable leash. It's very comfortable and locks quickly and easily in case a squirrel runs out into the street and your dog decides to chase it.
