Complete garbage. Cheaply built and assembly instructions are a joke. I ended up throwing this away. Waste of money.

the manual could use work
I'm mechanically proficient and didn't have any issues.But that said I can see where others would have some serious issues. I have to modify some holes to make this work. The instruction sheet could use some work and I understand whoever did it English was not their first language.

Before I go on with the review, I’d just like to say that im a Full Time AV Tech that does hundreds installs a month. I went through with this mount because considering the following circumstances, it was acceptable for what i needed it for. I was hired to put up a couple TV’s for a sports bar.A couple things about this mount:1) This is a fixed mount that only allows tilt motion up and down. No other tilting functions whatsoever so if your installing it, be precise.2) The instructions are really not clear. If you have no experience with this, it’ll take you a while. Half of it is in Mandarin and the pictures are printed super small with lots of ink.3) It is not heavy duty. The thickness of the metals used would not support anything over 50lbs safely. This is something I take a look at heavily when mounting TV’s with customer supplied mounts.4) The 200x200 vesa pattern only has space for M6 screws. M8 screws won’t fit unless you bore out the screw holes. It’s something I had to do for the 2 55” Samsung crystal tvs.Final note. It worked for what I (and the customer) needed it for. But for the price, there’s definitely better ones. I was sold in the ad for it “being able to hold 150lbs” but that’s not the case. (Btw 55” crystals weigh in under 40lbs). If you can do some research on other mounts, do it and steer away unless you’re like me and you have a light tv that just needs to be fixed on the ceiling.

Missing nuts, pictures on amazing were more helpful then the included instructions. They are up and look good!
