Xenadrine PureXen Turmeric with 95% Curcuminoids and Black Pepper Extract, 500 mg, 60 Count

Wow, was I duped having bought these a few times. I thought I was getting 1960mg. It's inherently false advertising to list the mg and then note on the ingredient list and details that it requires 3 capsules to get there. I'm all for Curcumin, it's a miracle spice. LIST THE MG/CAPSULE! Who cares how many mg there are in 2, 3 or 5 pills. Customers can choose how many capsules to take. It's misleading and results in this manufacturer and seller getting extra sales over competition (they did from me) as well as customers who don't read all the details end up under-dosing (I did). In a nutshell, when the front of a bottle and the title says 1960mg, it should mean 1960mg per capsule. These are 653mg capsules and that's what the bottle and title should read!!! Manufacturer, you should be ashamed of yourself. You sure wouldn't want to have products you purchase have similar titles. Nobody wants to read all the details to find out the title isn't true about anything they purchase.

This is the first time I took it (and only 1 capsule) but it worked within 1-2 hours! Time will tell but, really, can this be happening as I am thinking to myself? I have several conditions which produce complete body pain from my neck down and have tried everything. The only thing that ever worked was a post-surgery pain drug they stopped prescribing so I have lived in debilitating pain for years as diagnosis after diagnosis has been given. I have been trying to work and more and more days off have been taken. I was trying another brand of turmeric with lower mg. and without the bioperine but it did not work. Today, I took one capsule of this and the throbbing, aching, piercing, burning, and "heaviness" of pulling myself around to do anything was all lightened within a couple hours! I will continue to take this and make sure this is really happening! Considering my level of nonfunction for such a long time and no real help from medical professionals, I knew that God, the Great Physician, had to lead me to His natural remedies. Try this if you are suffering and test the results. Do research on these ingredients. I researched a lot before ordering this. Thank You!!!

This is way way better than the others I've tried. I bought NewRhythm twice and it was great both times.My 3rd order was for a different brand, I got it b/c it was less expensive and had more bioperine (black pepper) in it and boy was that a mistake. The other product, nature's nutrition, didn't do anything for me and it wasn't organic. Nature's Nutrition product had the same count and was like $5 bucks less, I guess you get what you pay for. The most upsetting was after I looked up the other ingredients in the Nature's Nutrition brand - Microcrystalline cellulose: which is a term for refined wood pulp and is used as a texturizer, an anti-caking agent, a fat substitute, an emulsifier, an extender, and a bulking agent in food production, and Silicon Dioxide: also known as silica - a white or colorless crystalline compound found naturally in sand, granite and many other types of rocks. Concrete and masonry products, the primary materials used in road construction, contain both silica sand and rock containing silica. Last ingredient is the vegetable capsule --- I should have done my homework.NewRhythm only has 1 other ingredient, which is Purified Water and Veggie Capsule. No wonder I was missing my NewRhythm Turmeric Curcumin!I'll be sticking with this product (new rhythm) from now on!!

March of 2017 I received the results of my blood work. My CRP (C Reactive Protein) which is a measurement of inflammation of the body, specifically around the heart and arteries, it was 4.9. It should be less than 1. At the time I was taking a different Turmeric supplement, so obviously it was not working. So I found NewRythms and decided to give it a try. I recently had my yearly blood work and my CRP is now .9. I am 69 years old and the only med I am taking is the lowest dose for blood pressure medication. So I must be doing something right. Doctors will not automatically ask for CRP in your blood work, so ask to have that done. It is an excellent indicator for inflammation which is responsible for plaque in your arteries. I know someone who died from the inflammation around his heart.

I've been taking another brand for (only) a week and haven't felt any different (sacroiliac problems), so I decided to try this brand and see if the slightly higher dose of both curcumin and bioperine would make a difference.I took my first one this morning and felt better within an hour. I was not expecting that. I got through a mile and a half dog walk without kicking in the tingling in my legs or sharp shooting pain in my back itself. I can still tell there's something "going on" back there but figure continued use of this (planning on two or three times a day) will allow my back to heal while still allowing me freedom to do some things.(the brand that disappointed me was Pure)UPDATE: Five days into using this, my relief was at the same level that it was on the first day...noticeable but really not anywhere near total. On that fifth day...in the morning, before taking any for that day...I had the worst diarrhea imaginable and horrible intestinal pain. I thought it was something I'd eaten the day before and so took my first curcumin of the day....and wanted to die. I had two days that I'd like to forget. I threw out the bottle of this stuff after further Googling revealed just how horrible the side effects can be if you're sensitive to the product. I'll deduct just one star since it did give me some relief. I'm just one of the people who can't use it.

I've been using this product for several months and would not wish to be without it. Arthritis pain has decreased considerably and mental clarity has also improved by a large amount. Eighty years old and able to work a part time job standing for several hours at a time...
