put 4 of these in a 6x6 grow tent - works really well!!
I got 4 of these to place in a 6 x 6 foot grow tent. I adjusted the light intensity by moving the lights away from the plants rather than using the dimmer. You can feel the intensity of the light that they put out with your hand - do not put your plants too close, unless you want the plants to receive the equivalent of full sun. I put my orchids 2 feet below the lights, which is good light for these plants. Start far and move the lights closer. Yes, these are high intensity lights and they of course put out a little heat. But, not too much. If you think a little before using these strong lights, you will figure out optimum conditions. Good light at a good price - I recommend - not issues at all.

Worked as needed
Worked as I expected. So far light output is exactly as needed. My plants are thriving at this time.

Perfect size with good heat output
I bought this light for an ikea cabinet diy greenhouse so I can start tropical seedlings in a climate controlled area. This fits perfectly and puts out just the right amount of heat ( not hot just feels like sunshine)

Inconsistent lighting
The light shines adequately, and it is dimmable with ease. The downfall which to me is significant is that the light is very uneven across the foliage. Considerable highs and lows. Very obvious bright areas that are inconsistent.

Great little grow light for my plants, though dimmer could be better.
As I have gotten into indoor gardening and hydroponics this year, I have gotten several aeroponic machines with their own grow lights. However, I needed something for anything else, especially for when I finally get a grow tent or do a makeshift grow tent. So, I purchased this grow light, which I've been using for about a month or two now. The first one I bought had a problem with the up/down mechanism and shredded the protective coating on the wire, so I got a replacement. The replacement is working great, with no issues! One thing I needed to do with both grow lights after receiving them was to tighten the fasteners that hold the level wire to the grow light. That could have easily loosened while in shipping.I currently use it as a makeshift drop light, as I do not have a grow tent or horizontal wire/cable to connect it to. I like that I can mount it directly to a wall (or similar) or hang it from a wire for later, however!I currently use it to propagate herbs and other plants via cuttings. It has worked reasonably well with that! The area it covers varies depending on height, and I have kept mine to a relatively small area of around a 12" radius to cover all my plants. As to the light itself, its brightness and dimming, I do not have a light meter, so I cannot say how bright it gets, except for very bright! It is around the same brightness or slightly higher than my Aerogarden Farm XL, which I think is around 60w (600w equivalent) or so. The dimmer could be much better, as the light doesn't seem to dim until I turn the knob halfway when it is set to full brightness. And, as it gets close to the lowest part, it dims faster. Otherwise, the dimmer works fine, even though I am not using it much yet!The on/off switch works fine and seems solid. I am unsure about the protective covering around the switch buttons, which is rubber or something similar; it feels as if it could easily break/rip. That could be just me, however.Overall, I am pleased with this grow light, especially when I got it on sale for about half price!PROS- Can attach the light in several different ways- Very bright- Main construction appears solid- DimmableCONS- Dimmer knob seems to work from minimum to halfway turn. Anything from halfway to full is at full brightness.- I have a slight issue with it staying in the orientation I want, but that is partially due to how I have it mounted and its power cord.- Rubber over the on/off switch could have been made better.Would I repurchase this, most definitely, as I am delighted with this grow light!

Do you want to bring the sun into your house? Well do we have the product for you?
Are your plants getting leggy and unsightly? Bringing down the vibe of your entire living situation? WELL LOOK NO MORE. This light has harnessed the power of the sun and DELIVERS. It’s so bright even your neighbors are going to feel the vibrational change. But for real though don’t be like me and accidentally look anywhere near it while trying to turn on the light. I tried closing my eyes and the light still came through. So wear protective eye gear and I don’t know sunscreen? This light goes way harder than I ever thought and I’m so glad I got it.

Enterprise build quality
Not speaking of the color spectrum for growing, the build quality on this fixture is astounding. Type SJO power cord, IP56 switch, powder coated body. After 37 years as an electrical contractor, I would expect this luminary to cost me $150 wholesale, not $50. I suspect these were built for some high dollar project which was scrapped and they are trying to recoup manufacturing costs but the build quality on this fixture is next level. As for the spectrum, that will have to bee seen. I’m sure it will grow algae in my refugium.
