When we converted to a convection range we had to get rid of all of our cheap aluminum non-stick coated pans. No problem really cause I mostly cook with cast iron anyway. But the one thing I need non-stick for is eggs. I don't know how anyone manages to fry or scramble an egg on cast iron or uncoated stainless. This did the trick just fine. Great non-stick surface, very nice glass lid (a big selling point for me), easy to clean and durable surface (no chipping or flaking, although I'm only using silicone implements in it). Only complaint is that the handle gets water in it when I run it through the dishwasher (yes, obviously I could hand wash it).

I don't like the hole in the glass cover. I use the cover for steaming.

This is a super nice, light-weight non-stick. Just don't drop the lid - I was putting mine into a floor cabinet when I dropped mine, so maybe 2 feet away from the ground, and it shattered everywhere. They don't sell replacement lids unless you want the super ugly universal pot/pan lids they sell. Keep that in mind if you're a bit clumsy like me.

It's a fine pan, but the bottom is slightly convex, which is pretty annoying for that type of cooking. Oil will pool around the outsides rather than cover the whole pan.

The area in the center of the pan was higher than the edges, that made any liquid of semi liquid put on the pan, run to the edges. could not fry an egg without the yolk part staying in one side while the egg white run along the edges on both sides. So half the egg would be on one side and the white running along both edges. Looked like a face with two horns.

It was a gift. The feedback from the recipient was that it was perfect for a single serving meal and they were glad to have received it.

I used this product and I am very satisfied with it, medium to low heat is the best for this product, and is soo easy to clean

La poignée de la poele chauffe beaucoup pendant la cuisson c'est vraiment très dangereux, et après un passage au lave vaisselle la poignée est pleine d'eau. La pire conception de poele que j'ai jamais vu, si je l'avais utilisé plus tôt je l'aurais renvoyé, elle va finir à la poubelle.
