The neck isn’t as stretchy as other pet clothes so I wouldn’t leave it on your pet for extended periods of time. But it’s as cute as the pictures!!! The fabric is soft! My cat (Pants) can still jump, run and walk in it!

I bought this for my short haired chihuahua dog to keep warm in the winter along with several other sweaters and coats. She loves it and it looks so cute on her. I am happy with the quality and it fits her well.

I really love this and only have one complaint. The size was perfect except the arm holes. The neck fits, around her fits but the arm holes are more than double the size they need to be to fit my dog. If you buy this you may have to sew the arm holes like I will have to, but honestly other than that it's beautiful. The fabric is super soft and it's just elegant without going over the top. I will be purchasing from this seller again. It's the first outfit I have ordered that fits her neck perfectly. I don't mind sewing up the arm holes so for me it's a win. She will be the best dressed at Christmas lunch!
