This fruit vegetable peeler is one of favorite kitchen tool I have ever use. They are sharp and fast, very flexible can easily peel off vegetables/ fruit skins in variable angles.

This is really a great peeler set. I have so many peelers already, but I had been searching for some that would do more than just peeling. I really needed one that could julienne vegetables, especially carrots and zucchini. I love the yellow julienne peeler the most. It is perfect for doing julienne vegetables. The blade is extremely sharp and it is so comfortable to hold, with the thick silicone handle. It makes it so easy to julienne hard carrots so quickly and effortlessly.I love the bright colors of these peelers, also. They not only look good, but it makes it so easy to instantly know which peeler to grab. When I need a regular peeler, I know right away to grab the blue one, without hesitation. The plastic blade covers are a thoughtful addition to the set.When I first saw the cleaning brush, I didn't think that I would need to use it, but after using the peeler with the julienne blade, I realized how helpful and useful it really was! Tiny bits of carrot got stuck in the blades and wouldn't rinse off. The cleaning brush was able to immediately remove them without any effort at all. So, this set has everything that I need in a peeler set, and is eye-pleasing, with its bright colors, and safe to use, with the protective covers. The included cleaning brush makes it perfect.
