Q: How is the zipper? Does it get stuck?

Yes. The zipper for the main compartment does get stuck, especially since the bag has a tendency to flop apart and down when opened, even when just partially so. All of the zippers frequently catch on the interior lining, but the main and vertical back compartments are the most frustrating.

Q: Does it have a usb port?

No, it doesn’t have a USB port.

Q: Can the side pockets hold a 24 oz or 32oz water bottle?

Yes. The aide pockets are deep enough and wide enough to hold my 32 oz widemouth hydroflask snugly. Any taller and I don’t know that it would stay inside the pocket. It’s been a great travel bag!
