Other times when I have tried digestive enzymes I have experienced an acidic stomach and heartburn. I have not had that problem with this product at all! It's great that you can take it both before or with a meal. Having to take a pill and wait to eat has always been an inconvenience and a precursor to the above mentioned stomach problems. I haven't been using this product for long, but I have already noticed subtle changes in my energy level and the increased strength in my fingernails is definitely noticeable which encourages me to think that I am deriving more nutrients from my food with this product.

Great if you cannot swallow pills.
I really like the E-Z Melts brand as I cannot swallow pills. It comes in a pleasant fruity flavor that you can either chew or let melt in your mouth. This product was somewhat successful in helping me with my digestive issues but I also have some health issues that might have interfered with its effectiveness.

It works
I am not giving it 5 stars because it worked for an hour and a half and the pain returned, and so on all night, I ended up taking 6 so I could sleep. It works for short periods

Super product!
I am not able to take pills but need digestive enzyme supplements due to a medical condition. I was so glad to find these! They taste and smell good, melt quickly, and I can tell a big difference when I take 1 or 2 before a meal. Especially if it’s a higher fat meal. Very pleased!

Not bad
These helped a great deal when I would eat food that seemed to just sit in my stomach. It doesn't help increase the gut flora, but it does assist digestion.

Works, but doesn't taste as good as the others.
I love this brand & all of my supplements are from them. This specific one is a bit chalky & not as goid tasting as their other products. They definitely work!

Work Perfectly
My husband has really bad GI pain when he eats greasy or heavily flavoured foods, especially with garlic and onion.He takes one of these before the meal, and has no discomfort.We buy these by the case haha.
