I originally bought one of these and initially was very pleased with it overall. I have owned a few different model LED shower heads ever since they first started appearing from China around 2008. I had a generic one that the same as the branded "Shower Wow" head (Shower Wow is just a private labelled generic), which was very bright and colorful and lasted many years before the lights simply died out.In comparison to the Shower Wow, this AquaDance is not as bright, but I did feel that it had worthy trade-offs. I really liked the lit-up ring design over the whole head lighting up. If the AquaDance just had more lights inside to make its ring brighter, I think it would be perfect visually. The different modes are also a plus and the head rotates between them with ease.That's where the good things end, however. I find the head is very difficult, if not impossible, to reposition. The ball joint just seems too stiff. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, however.What ruins these for me is that I went through three different ones and they all had problems, two of which had the same problem. The first head had developed a crack in the plastic connector, which caused water to squirt out of it. I had it replaced by Amazon and after about a month, the replacement started making these horribly loud intermittent 'CHIRP' squeak/squealing sounds, as if the motor inside that powers the LEDs was having some issue as the water pushed it. Luckily, it was just within the 30-day window, and Amazon replaced that one. I thought that would be it, but no more than 6 or 7 weeks later, the final replacement has started making the SAME CHIRPING SOUNDS.So it's out of Amazon's return window and I wouldn't want another replacement anyway because these clearly do not hold up and have common issues which I've never seen on other LED shower heads I've had in the past. It's too bad because I really *wanted* to like this shower head, but I'm very disappointed. Would not recommend anyone waste their money.Pros:- Nice aesthetic- Plastichrome coating looks good and matches a metal shower nozzle perfectly- Several modes that change easilyCons:- Not as bright as other LED shower heads- Colors change too quickly- Stiff ball joint makes it difficult to position/aim the head- Very poor build quality/longevity- Issues such as cracks in the connection and annoying loud chirping sounds

This shower head is great for the price! I put it in my kids bathroom and they love it. You cannot really the lights of the shower head unless the bathroom lights are turned off but when you turn lights off of your room, the shower head lights are bright, vibrant and really cool. My toddler especially thinks it is so meat and makes his shower time exciting. Do not confuse the name AquaDance with its inability to flash lights woth music. It does not do anything with the beat of music lol. The lights turn on automatically when you turn your water on. Pretty convenient and you dont have to worry about batteries or hardwiring anything. Installation took me leas than 1 minute. Very simple. Water presuure is okay, water stream options could be a little more different in variety. Each stream is very similar.

kids like the lights but they do not last very long.they will be very dim within a month

For its main function it works pretty well. It gets you wet and the pressure is decent. However, I bought it for the light function and its not very bright. I was hoping it would put some ambient light in the shower but even with all the lights off it does not do this. I have other heads that are much much brighter. The other issue I have with it is the swivel part is extremely tight and I cannot adjust it without fear or breaking it or the pipe head. I do not know if it will wear in over time or if mine is faulty. The one thing I do like about it is that it is extremely silent compared to other light up heads where you can hear the internal parts spinning. For the price I was really hoping for something more.

I took one star off because the picture made me think it has a pink setting and it does not. It’s red.No big deal, but would have been a little extra cool for my daughter if it did have pink.Enjoyed it anyway. Would purchase again if something happened to it or if it wore down.

This arrived quickly and works well. But after a couple weeks it started making this scary screaming and occasional squeak sound. The lights still come on and it works but the sound is kind of a turn off. Also it's not able to be adjusted at all as far as moving the head up or down or to the left or right. It screws directly into the pipe.

Was working great first couple of weeks but now it makes a siren like noise when it’s on

small, lights work without battery nicely, nice swivel head so water wont hit my in the face. I am short and many other products lack swivel feature so water hits me in the face when facing flow. I enjoy lights to help relax me when I shower. wish it was a little larger in diameter.
