Lauryn Janae Premium Glassware Mini Stackable Glass Custard Pinch Prep Bowls (3.5" inch)

I bought the 3-size set, which is no longer offered. The set was a good variety of sizes, but the two smallest (which are the 3.5" ones) don't match the other two. They're the same shape, but noticeably milkier.Besides that, these bowls are fragile. And I mean FRAGILE. Since buying them two months ago, I've already managed to break two of the smaller bowls, one of each smaller size. Both were broken while washing them, and both after they fell only a couple inches onto the bottom of my fiberglass sink. I can't even remember the last time I broke a dish before these, it's been years. And yet somehow these break like nothing. Honestly, I wouldn't even be that surprised if one broke because it was put down too hard.Nice bowls when in use, but that doesn't do much good if they're broken.

I find it hard to remember how I got along before I got these! Now that I'm cooking for one, I use these not only for little ingredients like spices and soy sauce, but even for diced vegetables. It's so wonderful to be able to line up my ingredients on the counter and add them as needed, when preparing something that needs to be assembled rapidly or on the fly - like stir-fry, where you can't be cutting up vegetables or measuring the sauce ingredients after you start cooking.

I was a bit leary about these, with all the different types that are out there that seem flimsy. However, I was very surprised by these bowls. They are very stout, and very useful. I washed them and used them the first day I received them, and it made food prep a breeze! I love it. I used to have to pull out regular bowls or plastic storage containers to put the different diced vegetables and other items, but these bowls were great and made things easy! They stack up and take up only the space of a small glass or mug.

I wanted small dishes so I could prepare my ingredients ahead of time when baking because I can't stand for any length of time; therefore, I like to get out the ingredients, measure them, and then, go sit and rest for a bit before putting it all together. Takes a bit longer, but as long as I plan ahead, I'm still able to experiment with new, gluten free, recipes.

I love these little prep bowls for holding myingredients before I add them into the recipe.They are a perfect size to hold chopped shallots, small diced plum tomatoes, herbs, etc. The rim allows you to grasp it quickly and firmly without dropping .I think that they area great organization tool while cooking.

great product. it is exactly as described and perfect for dipping sauces or for putting small ingredients in while cooking. only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that they seem to break pretty easily.

This product arrived exactly as advertised and is great for individual dipping bowls for salsa and sauces as well as anything that needs a bit of containment......Easy to clean and look nice for everyday use....

The item was received as described. I used them today for a demo and received many compliments on the presentation. I wish there were smaller sizes offered for spices and/herbs. These stack up neatly and am able to store in a tight compact place. Highly recommend!
