I used these pans for baking. They maintain the heat and my cakes came out perfect.They are very easy to clean, and their sheenmakes them suitable for the table.A good choice. I am very happy with them.

As other have found this pan is not meant to be cleaned in a dishwasher.The way it's made is two layers of medal pressed together but not sealed.This means is water (or anything) can get inbetween the layers (gross).Also pan needs to be towel dryer right away after washing or it rusts.If taken care of (work) it's a good panI use mine in my air fryer, great for that!

I’m going to use them to make small pound cakes

I love to bake and I have the typical 9” round aluminum cake pans that are 1.5” high. Last year I bought cake pan strips to help bake my cakes even but they were just a tad to wide for those pans, I searched for and found these incredibly beautiful 3” wide stainless steel cake pans. I’m in love! They work wonderfully, nothing sticks and my cake pan strips fit with no overhang.
