Very Nice LED light.
The first one a received One of the stubs that hold the hanging kit was the wrong size. But Amazon sent a new one out the next day. And that one has been a great light so far. My coral and fish love this light. Very easy to use.

I got this light in November 2014 and it looked great! Its now June 2015 and this thing sucks. I had a whole line of blue LED go out:( and of coarse they are the blue ones..... 3 out of 20 blues working...Junk.. can not get any support or even contact the seller!Don't be fooled by the positive reviews like I did... they could of have.. when spending 300$ on lights.. it not worth the risk of getting a crappy one and not being to exchange or get help....

Great Light!
I was also skeptical of these lights since there were no reviews but I am very happy with them. I have the 16 inch fixture and I have them about 6 inches above the surface of my standard 29 gallon tank. They were very easy to set up with the included suspension kit. They are extremely powerful lights...I can't stress that enough. At the height of my daily cycle on my custom setting I only get to 60% white and 80% blue. That may change as I add corals with different needs, but I feel this light is bright enough to handle any coral that I would want to keep as far as light is concerned. The custom timer setting is extremely intuitive and easy to dial in to exactly the light cycle that works best for your needs. I have had these almost a month now and they are meeting all of my wildest expectations. If you can't afford the crazy expensive ones (and who can?) consider these. They're a good deal.

Vega is a better choice. For a small setup the Hydra 26 is outstanding.
I was happy with the product a year ago. Now that I need support, it just is not there. Buy from a vendor you can trust to back up the product. I now have an AI Hydra 26. It does not cost that much more. Not only is the dealer supportive, AI also has good customer support. The Hydra is great for my 34 gallon cube, and is has all the bells and whistles that this lamp does not have.

This is a great product. I have had a few LED fixtures before this. The NatGeo one completely quit working because of one or two LEDs burned out. I called and was informed that these will not have the same problem. I noticed another one of my LED fixtures getting rather warm to the touch. This one seems to have already had that in mind with the two fans built in. The light coming from th 16 is almost enough for my whole 60gal. However I am planning to by another. The algae has started growing since I have change my other LED fixture with this one. Which sucks but proves the quality of these LEDs and the light spectrum they are putting off. I'm pleased and will be purchasing more of these.

Quality built
This light fixture is a quality unit. I've had other units that were much more expensive of inferior quality and lifespan . Only drawback, I wish you could program the gradual on/off LED's in increments of ten minutes instead of only every half hour. This would create a much better/gradual simulated sunrise/sunset. They are very intense at 100% output and provide excellent light in aquariums as deep as 48". You can hang them far away from the water surface and still have the intensity of light for corals while keeping away from the moisture. I am in the industry and these lights I highly recommend.
