This product really works. It feels very healing. I recommend anyone with gut health issues to at least try
I happened to find this product "randomly" in a comment thread while perusing the web and trying to figure our the connection between the health of our gut and allergies.I'm so happy I did find this.I've been taking it for the past 2 days (2 and a half including today) and I've never felt in a better state of well being in quite a while. I hope its not a fluke, but my head is clear (perhaps brain fog), I can think clearly and more methodically, my capacity to write has improved, my sinuses are clear, and I feel healthy, not like my body is going to breakdown at any moment. I'm only 33 but my immune system has been yoyo'ing between sensitivities to food and the environment, increased sickness, lack of sleep/insomnia, and having a general feeling of malaise. This product feels very healing, and in fact, I want to take a higher dose, but its a bit pricey for a 30-day supply. But heed the warnings of those who have adverse reactions from taking the typical dose. I am in general good health relatively, however there were a few "tight" and dull "pains" in the bowel area after a 1 tsp dose one morning. I can see how people with more vast issues may have had more adverse reactions.I've read so much about Dr. Zach and looked up his videos on YouTube. I think the connection between gut health and overall health, especially the brain is pretty fascinating, but it does make sense when you think that we are more bacterial than human, when it comes to the cells throughout our body. The gut hosts the majority of the immune system, intestinal permeability/leaky gut is a real thing, glyphosphate is killing our gut and digestion, many people are perhaps gluten sensitive, even though not intolerant. The health of our gut is so important. This does more than a probiotic since it actually fertilizes our gut and enhances the level of cell communication among bacteria. The breakdown in cell communication is the base of disease from what I hear including cancer. This beats a probiotic, there are 10s of thousands of species of bacteria in our gut, probiotics are marginal in comparison.

Restore heals the gut, slowly.
I've had yeast problems for over a decade from too many antibiotics and a colonoscopy, because the stuff they give you to drink destroys the microbiome in the intestines. In the last 5 or so months, I had to take a weeks worth of antibiotics because of a UTI. And then I got Giardia from a relative's cats who had it [I scooped the litter box]. I was very, very sick with the Giardia, which is a parasite that imbeds itself into the intestinal wall.So because of that combo, my stomach and intestines were a war zone. I was nauseated alot and had no appetite and was losing weight, especially not good because I am thin. When I did eat, it made me more nauseated and my stomach would gurgle. In short, I began to heal myself by taking saccharomyces boulardii [jarrow brand] which gave me immediate relief from horrible stomach aches. Now I take 2 tablets of SB in the morning and evening and that pretty much eliminates my gas and discomfort.I also take enzymes with each meal, the Pure Synergy brand, which I find to be the best by far.I started doing the above, and taking Restore almost two weeks ago. I started taking the full 1 tsp. or Restore before each meal, but I think that was too much for me as I was feeling a bit odd. So I cut back to 1/2 tsp. before each meal and now things are going well.I also am taking 9-20 grams of collagen peptides each day to help heal the intestinal wall and leaky gut.I am starting to take a fiber supplement [yerba prima] mixed in water twice a day, and am eating oatmeal w/chia in the AM, and eating ground flaxseed.I'm not back to full health yet, as I was not eating right for over 2 months because I couldn't eat properly, my intestinal distress was so bad. But its only been 2 weeks and there is a significant improvement. My excema and itchy patches on my arm and head are starting to heal w/o me putting anything topical on them - [which didn't work anyway as I tried]. My BM's are also getting healthier. There is a scale called the Bristol Scale which has illustrations of the various types of BM's and what is healthy and what isn't. Why this scale isn't more widely known is beyond me. I found out about it from a review of Restore. I'm thrilled to say that mine are now in the healthy range.I will eventually move up to taking 1 tsp. of Restore before each meal. I think that the gut heals slowly and I know that I am on the right track. Restore is a key element to the above.I don't think that there is one thing that cures all, its got to be a combination of things, including lots of fiber and a basically healthy diet. I've been gluten free for about 5 years, so that was eliminated a long time ago, which I know has been beneficial to me.I wanted to share my experience with you so that it might help someone.

Great to aid in digestion after going thru menopause.
I started out with 1/8 teaspoon & increased it to 1/2 teaspoon 3 times a day.. that was too much for me.. I have rad that many experience less brain fog.. I am not sure it helps my brain fog.. LOL !!! I decided what works best for me is to take 1 teaspoon in filtered water (it has no flavor so it is just like drinking water) & that seems to work best for me after eating a large meal, which I try not to do often. I actually feel a dull ache in my head for a few days after, but not really a headache.. just a dull feeling. I do notice a difference in my overall energy/well being though when I do take it.. but the dull feeling in my head is a turn off. I usually have to take a Goodies headache packet the next day. I do feel it has helped with my inability to digest food regularly... Since going thru menopause & the drastic change in hormones, it truly affects your digestion. So by adding this to my diet, it has helped me with not looking like I am pregnant after eating a large meal or just what is considered an "average" meal for anyone else. I am not an overeater or overweight, but the drastic change in my digestion since turning 50 & hitting menopause, will make you look for anything to help you thru the discomfort of just eating in general. I rate it 4 stars for myself, just for the dull ache in my head ... but the overall results are pretty darn good. I would recommend to a friend or anyone.. Just start out slow & listen to your body..
