Wrong filter but great customer service
This is a GREAT product, from an even better company. This one didn’t fit my purifier but okaysou refunded me before they even got the filter back that I returned, and made sure that I reordered the right one.Just buy from them, you will not be sorry

3 Filters actually equal 5
2 filters are duo sided so it appears you get 3 but they are actually 5. Only 1 is washable. Filters very easy to change.

front filter needs more care
Would be ideal to have availability for REPLACEMENT of the FRONT FILTER in the set of 3....i.e., it's the one that gathers all the dust, etc. and is not washable !! (Tip - you can carefully use special lint brush re dust, etc collection - but believe this front filter needs replacing FAR MORE OFTEN & needs separate buying option.

The washable filter is very flimpsy and cheapmade. Washed once already damaged.
