Waste of money.
I charged the Power Pod per instructions. I had let my iPhone run down so I could fully test the Power Pod. Attached it to my iPhone and waited for it to charge. 15%, 22%, so slow! Then I discovered it had stopped charging. Blue light not on so it obviously hadn’t charged after leaving it for the required 90 minutes. So plugged my iPhone back into the usual charger. Just to add insult to injury, the little fastener to attach the Pod to my keychain broke!

Not really reliable for a good charge
I was very excited to get this product because my iPhone battery is not holding a charge throughout the day. I charged it and plugged it into my iPhone. It seemed to work then I noticed that the charge on my phone level was going down instead of up. So after the first hour, and three bars of power, does powerpod stops charging my phone. I would not buy another one.

Not as expected
It doesn’t seem to charge my phone very fast and lost power too fast. Was disappointed

Great product when you need a charge and you are nowhere near an electrical outlet.
The first one I ordered worked exactly as specified. it's small, convenient to carry, easy to use. It recharges quickly and connects easily to your phone to supply additional operational time for the phone. Don't expect it to fully charge a phone with a nearly empty battery.It's only 800 milliamp hours rated, but it will keep your GPS going or allow you to make that important call when your phone's battery it about to quit. I also own a solar rechargeable battery that can fully charge at least two devices, but it's larger than my iphone and heavier than my tablet or Kindle reader. The Power Pod is all about convenience. I ordered a second one for my wife, but that one arrived defective, and is being returned. I'm hoping the replacement is problem-free like the original.

don't waste your money!
On my Note20 Ultra, this thing only give my phone 12% extra battery and it needs 1 hour to charge that 12%. it's output is 5v/1A. you can't do anything with that 12% extra battery, might as well turn on power saving mode or super saving mode to keep the phone alive.

charges well, but remove your case
It does a great job and is fantastic to have on the go. One drawback is that the charger will not insert all the way unless you remove your phone cover/protector. I have a 12 pro, so perhaps it's unique to me, but either way, that is a bit annoying, hence the four stars. Aside, I have never fully charged my phone with it, but have gotten enough juice to make a call or send texts. I'm sure it would charge the phone entirely, but I haven't been away from a charger long enough to use it that way.
