Pancetta Americano by La Quercia - Sliced (2 ounce)

The taste and quality of this pancetta is amazing. The seller (iGourmet) was also amazing. Great for paleo and Whole30 eating as there is no sugar. I prefer this to traditional bacon even. The only thing that is "anti" is that it's sliced super thin, so it's a bit of a challenge getting it apart, but it's worth it.
