This pre-workout is great. I start drinking it 15 minutes before I get to the gym and through the warm up. I find there is a steady energy level while working out which is something I need during a workout. The flavor of the product is berry. Through a couple of attempts with different variations of water, 12oz through 20oz, the sweetness changes. My preference is 15oz in a shaker bottle. It does blend very easily into a water bottle also. I love the fact it comes in a premeasured pack, thus allowing for a perfect amount every time. There is no "spike" or "jitters" from using Kickoff, like so many other products on the market can cause. I use this product daily and have recommended this to others frequently.

I absolutely love this product. I drink this with 16 ounces of water every morning before an intense workout. I love that it is made with natural ingredients, provides the perfect boost of energy without making me feel over caffeinated or jittery, and it's low in sugar. I have shared this with family and friends, who were quick to switch to this product!

This product makes me too jittery, not very tasty, and I end up crashing after a couple hours. Wouldn't buy again.

Love this product! It has wonderful flavor and the results are wonderful. I drink this at work mid day to give me a little bit extra boost of energy.

Honestly I love the No Udder Protein Powder so I was excited to see this new product. However I was very disappointed. Everyone hates it here. I tried it twice just in case the first packet was a fluke. It tastes horrible, and I didn't feel any extra energy. It was quite expensive too. I wish I could get my money back.

I love this pre-workout product! I just bought two today to make sure that I don’t run out. It is what gets me up in the morning to go to the gym. It gives me the perfect amount of energy…not too little and not too much! I had a baby 5 months ago and am still nursing and this product is safe for her too. I am a big fan of all of the No Udder products! I highly recommend trying them all!!

By far my favorite pre-workout!!!! I can't do a lot of caffeine, so I frequently only use half and that is all I need to get me going!!! I have tried others but they make me feel sick. My group of workout friends and I have all used it before competitions and it has helped tons!! Especially for those nights Ive been up with a baby/kid but I still want a good workout. This is the way to go!! Highly recommended!!
