Chrome Plated Alkaline Water Ionizer Faucet Tap for Dispensing Acidic Water

It was missing the spout when I received it and thought of just returning but I decided to directly contact customer service and they were so accommodating and shipped the spout as soon as they can. My husband did not have any problem installing it and trust me, he hates anything plumbing related. Now I am enjoying my kangen water.

Been working okay but end up leaking after 2 years light use!

It works very well if you are a diy. I use it with my Kangen leveluk 8. Just need to find yourself a 3/8” tube to connect the existing white Kangen water inlet to the faucet. Underneath the sink, you connect a 1/4” water supply tube, this tube is connected to your water supply line. So you also need a 1/4” T connector. I hope this helps someone.

Good Design, limited application, helpless support.I was looking for an alternative for installing my water treatment system as opposed to putting my kitchen sink and faucet on life support with all the hoses that have to connect.The IONTech Alkaline Water Faucet Tap comes with two 1/4" hose attachments.The Alkilife Alkabest water treatment system has a 1/4" supply line and uses a 3/8" discharge line. I asked the support team if they could send the attachment to replace the top port with a 3/8" port as depicted in their video. They could not. I will see if I can find the parts necessary to make this work, or will return it. They should have included the 1/4" and the 3/8" ports to allow the user to install the proper connections for their filtration system.Although easy to figure out the installation, The product ships with no instructions IONTech is just being lazy in this respect. (How hard is it to produce an installation and spec sheet? I could develop one in about 5 minutes.)

This product came without any instructions and the connections are not standard from what I could tell. I did find a youtube video on this, but it did not go into much detail at all on the installation. When I contacted the company for a refund I let them know it was because of the lack of instruction and I had a very difficult time installing it. I would have liked an offer to help out with the install, instead I was sent instructions on how to return the faucet. It looks like a nice invention for the Alkaline water systems but I am very disappointed with the lack of support and instructions on how to install the product.
