This heated pad is so big, that my cat can also lay on it while I am working. Beautiful design, I have only used the low setting, nice and warm. I also love the on off switch on the upper left side of the pad. Very easy to turn on and off. Easy to clean it anything gets spilled on it also. It's an amazing upgrade to my desk, my hands have never been so warm and comfy. Work from home employee, and cat approved.

I like to keep my workspace cool in my office but my hands get cold in the winter or even sometimes in the spring with the window open behind my computer. This creates a surprisingly warm microclimate for my hands and makes it much more comfortable to work at my desk. Didn't want my wireless trackpad and keyboard to be affected by the heat, so I glued Scrabble tiles to the bottom of them. Works great and looks nice but I wouldn't dare turn it up above the lowest setting!

My hands are always cold and it's even worse in the room where my home office is located. Nine months out of the year I walk around with hand warmers in my pockets. Touching the cold the mouse and keyboard was PAINFUL. I started researching heated mouse pads and came across this life saver. It warms both my keyboard and mouse and it has GREATLY improved my day. It has three heat settings, but even for my frigid hands the low setting is perfect. I love that you can extend the auto shutoff to four hours so I don't have to constantly turn it back on. It's so perfect and it looks nice too! This is one of my must have items. If anything happened to it, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again. I'm so glad I found this!

My office is in the lower level and is always a cool room, especially in winter. The gentle heat from this mat has been excellent, seeping up through and around the keyboard and mouse. I'm delighted with it! Works great.

Y'all. The first few times you heat this thing up it stinks. Like I wish I had italics on Amazon reviews because /it stinks/. I got lightheaded and woozy from it after about 20 minutes. It smelled like someone was making soup á la Barbie in my office. It was so bad, I moved it off my desk.-1 star because I wouldn't be surprised if I get cancer of the nose in 40 years from breathing those fumes.+1 star because it no longer stinks when I turn it on, and my cat loves it. She loves it so much that I can't move it back onto my desk, because she gets mad when I try to take it away. Let it be known: she has 3 other heated beds in the condo, but she likes this one I guess.-1 star because (and to be fair I didn't think about this until I had already bought it) it's not great for your mouse and keyboard. Heat on electronics just isn't great, and while it probably won't affect things that much, I can't help but feel like my keyboard was none too happy with me for letting it bake.+1 star because it's cute. The pattern isn't pixelated which I suspected it might be. The edges of the mat are also rounded, unlike my other desk mat which leaves lines on my wrists after a few hours of typing away. The rounded edge is a tiny detail that I enjoy.And finally, -1 star because it doesn't really warm my hand up that much. If you have a cold wrist, this is the thing for you. I have a weird tendency for specifically the fingers of my right (dominant) hand to get numbingly cold, even when the rest of my body is perfectly content. Well, guess what? those are the fingers that are 100% always either on the keyboard on or my mouse. So it doesn't help that much unfortunately.Seriously though, if you buy this, turn it on outside or in a well ventilated area for a few hours every day for 3-4 days before bringing it inside. I'm not kidding. I had to lie down after turning it on the first time because my head was so fuzzy. Not good.

I have a natural stone topped desk and it is freezing on my hands and forearms even in the summer. I had originally saw a countertop warmer that you put underneath but it wouldn't have fit and they are really expensive. This thing is perfect! The 3 settings are great and once you have it on for a while you can turn it off and the stone stays warm. The only part I'm not crazy about is the power button is kind of large and sticks out like a sore thumb. Not a deal breaker. Other than that I love it.

I almost returned this because the cord stems from the left. My outlets are on the right side of the desk. I don't want the cord crossing in front of me and besides, it won't reach without an extension cord with my sit-stand desk. An extension cord was a good work-around. I'd take half a star off for the trouble. Otherwise, it's wonderful! I can put away the fingerless gloves and arm warmers. It's wide but not deep. Look at the measurements. Well made, pretty design. Kind of a faux leather top and textured rubber back. It stays put. (Kitty loves it, too.) GET ONE!

This thing is amazing. Not only is it really pretty but it’s super warm. Sometimes too warm. But I use it everyday in my office. Just what I needed for my hands.

I bought this mat because my hands are always cold when I'm working, and I wanted some relief. I read reviews for a few different heated desk mats and went with this one since it wasn't black (most are), and the reviews seemed positive.I agree with other reviews that there is a strong plastic smell at first, but this faded within a couple of days of usage and didn't give me headaches like others experienced. I also cleaned both sides of the mat before using it and then again a couple of days in, so this might have helped.The mat is very warm, and I usually only need the lowest heat setting. I occasionally use the second heat setting, but it is very hot, and I can't imagine venturing to level three! The heat from this mat definitely helps keep my hands and fingers from getting cold and or cramping. I'm so glad I purchased it, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else who is perpetually cold!The only negative is that my cat also loves it, so sometimes I have to tear her away from it and feel bad depriving her of the warm sleeping spot she craves.

Great while it lasted, however has stopped working entirely in less than 2 months. Super disappointed
