First off, putting together the bike was simple and it came with easy to follow instructions. The seat isn't to hard and the handles are adjustable so everyone in the family can use it to get fit. Another thing is that this bike is super quiet. I work long hours so when I get home everyone in my family is usually asleep, but with this bike I can get in my excersise without waking my kiddos up. The bike also comes with a place for a electronic device, so you dont need to stare aimlessly at the wall while you bike. You can keep yourself entertained. Yay!

The shipping box and especially the main unit are very heavy. The box slipped while the delivery men were lowering it to the floor in my garage, and a corner hit the ground fairly hard. But, there was no damage as the sturdy packaging did its job.The unit was difficult to remove from the carton due to its weight and the extreme use of tape and zipties (but they do their job well!), and they put pieces in every nook and cranny in the box and styrofoam cushioning braces. Be sure to check everything before you toss out in trash or recycling.It took two of us about 15 minutes to carry the main biking unit (very heavy) about 50 feet and down 12 stairs. Three people or two strong people might be better.Assembly was easy although it was difficult sliding the posts of the handlebars and seat into the frame. I swapped out the caged pedals and put my own SPD pedals on.I had mistakenly thought the bike had magnetic resistance, but it has a friction pad. I debated whether to return it but decided to try it and was impressed with the smoothness and quietness. The seller provides free pads so that is really great.Adjusting seat and handlebars was straight forward. I like a forward seat position and there is plenty of adjustment therein. There was a slight ticking from the friction pad as I pedaled but I think it was the newness, as it quieted down.The monitor is basic but adequate. I don't trust the calories burned data due to the friction resistance.Sitting and standing, the unit was solid in feel. I am pleased with the purchase. It would be nice if they supplied an extra friction pad. The instructions are so-so, but anyone with cycling experience can get this unit together easily.If anything changes, I'll post an update. I am unable to add photos to my review, unfortunately.Updated: March 25, 2020 - I sent a request for a new friction pad, and they were fast in responding (no charge)! They also are sending a new monitor in miles (no charge). I swapped out their stock pedals for my SPD clipless ones, seamless change! Being a former triathlete, I like my seat in a forward position. I was able to easily adjust this bike into even more forward position and am very comfortable. The pedaling operates like a fixed gear bike (you can't coast, you have to keep pedaling). It took a couple rides to adjust to that but it's something to keep in mind. You can't coast like a regular road bike because you cannot suddenly stop the 40 lb flywheel! The heavy flywheel makes for a delightful workout and smooth feel. The unit is extremely quiet even at high speed and/or resistance.

Love it! Very well made. I was a little skeptical because I’d not heard of the brand but wasn’t interested in an online club commitment popular with other spin bikes. Very quiet. Heavy duty, yet simple. The digital interface is a little cheap but since I use my watch or phone to track my fitness it doesn’t really matter. Time will tell on longevity.

Very pleased. I live in a very remote so I did quiet a bit of research before purchasing because I did not want to get this wrong. Bike is extremely well built and installation was a breeze. If you need a fancy monitor you might want to upgrade but I wasn’t planning on using it anyway. I can’t believe how quiet it is compared to other trainers I’ve used.I’m 6’2” and if you are taller you might want to see if a taller seat tube is available.

A good, solid spin bike.It is HEAVY, so make sure you have help to get it into the house and set up where you want it. It's easy to assemble, but one of the pedals couldn't be screwed in when I received it. After some emails with their support, they mailed me new pedals, which took a little over a week to get here. Those pedals didn't work either, and I realized it was the crank that wasn't threaded correctly. After more emails with support, they agreed to send me a new crank. At that point, I spoke with a friend who is a biker who told me to which tools to get to re-thread it, and I got the right tools, and it worked!It was frustrating, as the whole thing from when I received the bike until I could use it was about a month (and I bought the bike a week before the Covid-19 Shelter in Place order came down to use during the lock down, and then I couldn't use it for the first 3 weeks of the lock down). But their support people were helpful, and even sent me a $30 Amazon gift card to reimburse me for the tools I had to buy.I've done 2 rides on the bike since the pedals got put in correctly, and it works great! I really like the handlebar - it has several comfortable positions to switch between depending on whether you're in or out of the saddle. The computer it comes with is VERY basic - I don't really use it because it's not that useful. I also wish that there were clicks or markings on the resistance knob so you could be a little more consistent in adjusting resistance up or down, but otherwise, it's exactly what I'd hoped for, and for a reasonable price.

UPDATE 01/15/2020: Seller contacted me and is assisting with the monitor and the imperfections in the materials, so I am updating my review.There was a cut on the handlebar fabric prior to receiving the item. The monitor is a bit flimsy. It is in metric and not imperial units. Seated functions well so far. Standing there can be a slight instability if you have to much weight shift. The variance in tension is still a bit stiff. Hopefully after more use this will provide more range in tension.

My husband and I are very satisfied. The appearance is cool, easy to install, and the workmanship is very solid. The riding feeling is smooth and noiseless. The resistance intensity can be adjusted. The frame is strong and firm, and the safety is high. It is also very stable when riding. When watching the iPad while riding, the fitness is no longer boring, and we keep moving every day!!!
