I Love to Gobble You Up! Board book – October 6, 2015

Another great book by Sandra Magsamen. My 1.5 year old thinks the felt on top is hilarious and hangs it below his chin. Fun to read in our household.

I purchased this book as a Thanksgiving gift for my (then) 9-month-old and one of his friends. Honestly, there is basically no substance in the text, which initially disappointed me. However, my son LOVES this book, even several months later! We now apparently read about Thanksgiving year-round :) While I personally think the book is a bit lacking (hence the one star deduction), it seems to be a hit with the kiddos, which is most important.

The story is really cute, but it is super short. If you can get this for $3 or less I would recommend it, but not worth more than that due to it being only 4 pages long.

This book is cute and short. It is not about Thanksgiving. I like the part that says "I'll gobble your nose and little toes" I usually grab my daughter nose and toes.

I work at a daycare for kids from birth to 3 years of age. This is very appropriate for this age group and the kids love the fun design!

My husband reads this to our 11 month old and gives the turkey a funny voice as he “gobble gobbles” him up. Instant hit in our house with lots of giggles!

This book is so sweet! Buy it! It will make you smile!!🦃

I think this book is the perfect baby Thanksgiving board book! It’s cute and short and my 6 month old loves to grab at the turkey “feathers”. Super cute if you like to buy books for each season like I do.
