Express Water 600 GPD Commercial Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System – 5 Stage High Capacity RO Filtration – Includes Pre-Filters, Pressure Pump, Controller, Gauges, and RO Membrane

I intentionally waited before writing this review as I had poor customer service experiences and wasn't sure that I would keep the system. I had a number of questions when I first received the system and politely saying, customer service sucked. No one would answer their customer service line and I would have to leave a message. I followed up with an email and the Express Water Team would reply and unfortunately, their answers were difficult to understand - it could've been me and my lack of understanding but I doubt that was the case. I then got a call from Brandon, he was AMAZING and quite clear in his instruction. Right off the bat, he said, "sorry, this Covid thing has slowed us to a crawl and we can't adequately keep up." Brandon was generous with his time and talked me through all the steps from installation to troubleshooting the system. All things considered, and simply put, this is an amazing filtration system and the volume of RO water delivered in under 60 seconds is amazing. On a scale of 1-10 for product satisfaction I'm a 9 - it works very well and I am thrilled with the quality and quantity of filtered water.

The Introduction, page 1 of the Installation Manual, states this is a “Residential Commercial Reverse Osmosis System.” The manual further states that it is, “for climate controlled indoor use only. Overly high or low temperature ranges will damage the unit.”This unit does not have two inch or one inch connections to an incoming water line. It is a saddle tap connection unit similar to other 600 GPD under the counter units sold on Amazon. The difference between this and those units is the addition of an rv size booster pump that is included to provide sufficient water pressure to enable the RO filter to provide clean water on demand from a kitchen faucet.Had these facts been clearly stated I would not have purchased the unit nor would I have needed to return it. My under the counter unit purchased on Amazon in 2019, a HIKINS 600 GPD high demand tankless system, has all the same features except the water pump and is selling for $199.00 as of 11-2-21. A water booster pump is unnecessary unless your water pressure is low. RV water pumps like this one are available from Amazon for less than a hundred dollars.

not designed for multiple faucet/appliance use with 3/8ths line and no way to upgrade to our 1" system. def. not whole house. add is misleading not to mention how often the filters need to be changed and also replace the pump once a year? and the worst of all it cost me $250.00 to send it back... OUCH !! expensive mistake ordering on line. SUCKS!

Very easy to install. Raw TDS is over 600. Bringing it down to around 25. (Very good reduction rate) I am softening the water before the RO. I would highly recommend.

It’s a very simple and easy setup. Make sure you rap enough Teflon on the thread so there is know leaks. To get maximum output add a 40-80 gallon tank to your system it’s kinda slow especially if you’re using it constantly. Overall I’ll give it a 8 for space and efficiency

Used the system for 2 days and had it turned off for about a month and a half, when we started the system back up it wasn’t working.Had the system running for about 7 hours on the first day and 3 hours the 2nd day , when called for warranty work they said we overworked the system. Probably made 250-280 gallons of water in total, they have it described as 600 GPD but I guess making 250-280 gallons of water in 2 days is too much for the system

We needed a serious upgrade for our RO water production, and a pump assisted RO seemed appropriate. The technical staff of the manufacturer was excellent, with phone calls and emails answered in a professional and timely manner. Very happy with the operation and performance.

very bad. just use one and half month, pump stop working, valve broken.Don’t waste money and no service at all
