Ridiculously expensive, but well worth it!
On my X100F, I used the JB Camera Designs grip, which I highly recommend. So I obviously strongly considered the JB wood grip when I recently purchased the X-Pro 3, ultimately deciding against it because I prefer to be in full stealth mode (all black camera, accessories, etc). After watching YouTube reviews for years about various LensMate items, I decided to splurge on the extra $60 for an already-expensive camera purchase. I have to say: This item is well worth it.Prior to installing the grip, I had no idea my thumb was otherwise just out there, dangling in the wind like a child lost in the supermarket. But this thing is legit. It keeps my thumb relaxed, my hand in a solid shooting position, and my other digits away from the dials and buttons. The design and materials are top notch, and the grip fits the X-Pro 3 seamlessly. Excellent work, Lensmate!

Pricey but worth it
While the price is surely a deterrent for a little accessory like this, Once you get it on the X-Pro3 there's no question that this is the only thumb grip built to this level of comfort and quality. If I ever lost it, I'd have to bite the bullet to buy it again.

Not right for me
The thumb grip is as advertised but it just doesn't feel quite right. I think it works best when shooting one-handed, which is something I never do. The material is nice and the product works as advertised. I also purchased the thumb grip for the Fujifilm X100V, which works much better for me.

Good quality product. Nice design but not for me.
This grip is high quality and very well made. I am sure some people love it as it gives a support spot for the thumb to rest and makes gripping the camera easier. However, I found that X-pro3 is actually a good size camera with nice thickness of the body with it's own built in grip. I had no problem rest my thumb on the back of the body where the camera thumb ridge located. And I don't need the thumb grip to help me grip the camera securely with one hand. The grip actually made my thumb flow less smooth between the dials and buttons on the X-pro3 when I operated the camera. Although it could easily be flicked to open position for dials and buttons access, the grip ( to me) took away the smoothness of the operation design the camera intended to provides originally. It's mot for me so I returned mine But I think some of the users may find it useful.
