This is NOT a breakaway collar, and my kitty got herself hanging by it from a door lever. How the HECK did she do that?!! It was terrifying for both of us, and thank goodness I heard her struggling right after it happened. I had shopped around for a fluorescent yellow collar so that I'd be able to see this all black kitty more easily, especially at night... but I'd NEVER again buy any collar that wasn't a break-away after this incident!

Ordered this for my outside cat since she kept pulling off her breakaway collar. This collar is great but definitely for dogs. It’s too big and thick for cats. Picture of standard cat collar on the left and these collars on the right!

I'm actually pretty disappointed in this purchase. The collar is clearly more geared for a dog than a cat, -- it's band is wider than that of an average cat collar.Additionally, within just two days, the bell fell off. I have arthritis and I couldn't put it back on. I do not recommend this collar for cats definitely! Dogs, yes. Cats, no way.

Perfect sized small collar for my small dogs. Difficult to find a collar this small for my dogs, usually have to purchase cat collars. We were going to remove the bells once we received them but left them on because we love the little jingle,lol!!!

Overall, pretty great collars! My puppy Lilo LOVES to chew on everything, so the bell had bite marks in it after a day or so, and I took it off after 3 days because it no longer made noise. That was expected though... look at the bite marks on her tag! The collar itself is showing a bit of wear on the design (she’s wearing the paw print one, I haven’t used the reflective one yet) but it’s structurally still perfect. I would buy them again if needed. I should also note that these are meant for small dogs. Lilo is almost 15 pounds, and I’m not sure how well the collar would hold up with her running around on walks (she has a harness I attach her leash to when we go on walks).

Perfect. We bought these for our chihuahua. He’s very sneaky and likes to get out the door when we go out. The bell makes it easy to hear him when he tries to follow us out. Love the blue color.

Heeding the campaign to end cat nudity (orange colors for house cats to alert people that the cat should not be outside), I purchased the pack to place orange colors on two cats. The little bells are cute but definitely not cat proof. My trouble boy managed to tear the bell off and crush it somehow but the collar itself seems to be holding up well. It is not a quick release collar but I did not want one. It's a good price for two collars, I'd recommend them. Just keep an eye on the collar's bell.
