I have not drank so many coffees drinks since I was stationed in Europe. My first test was a regular Macchiato. I set it to 2 oz of espresso and left the default of 6 seconds for form. I placed a small spoon full of sugar on top of the foam and it held. slowly dropped into the espresso. The Espresso is creamy. I am quite pleased. Even the long coffee tasted so much better. I have a french press, K-Cup machine, pour-over, and drip. The ENA 8 simply consolidated all my variety of coffee makers into a one-stop shop.I truly am enjoying drinking coffee drinks againProgramming easy.Maintenace easyLimited cabinet space (the smaller you go the more expensive for a fully automated)Not worried about steam ruining cabinetsPerson con temperature for me could be 3 to 5 degrees hotter..... no biggy, especially with 1 to 2 oz espresso drinks they do not last too long.Cons Many of the reviews I have read are from individuals that did not research and expected a barista to come with the ENA 8.Keep it simple and tasty.Enjoy

Way overpriced. The frother was always clogged and had to order replacement parts. The clean up was messy in between every other cup. Eventually just bought a frother from another company.The machine itself needed constant maintenance and eventually died after a year. Cost is $400 for them to look at it - once you ship it to them. 2* weeks for evaluation and possibly more charges.Hard to get in touch with anyone in the 1st place.Wasted lots of coffee on failed cups which started to get weaker in strength over time.Just bought the Philips Baristina for the cost of fixing the Jura and it’s superb. It doesn’t have all the extra components that break. Simple and perfect.

The ENA 8 is a wonderful machine that easily makes just about any coffee drink you may want. The espressos are perfect. Drinks with milk are easy to prepare and the milk system is easy to clean up afterwards. Operating menus are clear and straightforward. I especially like having the good looking water container on the side. I can readily see the the water status. Also, with the filter in use, descaling is not necessary. The drip tray system is very good, helping to avoid spills when emptying. Overall, an excellent home coffee center. I’ve had several Saeco machines over the years. They were great, but the Jura ENA 8 is several steps beyond!

Pros: Full service Automatic coffee maker with a delightfully small footprint and clever, eye friendly design. The coffee is excellent, the water reservoir is adequate as is the coffee bean holder/grinder. The quality of the milk foam is good, and the push button interface to make milk drinks is super easy.Cons: The dregs holder is very small. The machine requires a filter, no matter how soft your water, but that is a small issue. It rinses itself automatically so you always have to have a container underneath the spout (but then you never have to remember to rinse the machine.). The biggest con is the milk foam temperature is not adjustable and never gets hot enough, in fact is mostly room temp as far as I can tell.This is an expensive machine. I currently use a milk foamer to make hot foam, which shouldn't be necessary given that this machine makes excellent foamed milk ... just not hot! 😑 Jura customer service isn't terrible but hasn't been very helpful.Next stop on my coffee machine journey when I amortize this punk down to $5 a coffee is Breville.

Yeah, it's a lot of money but totally worth it. We were visiting friends in Vienna and they had this model. We couldn't believe how much they paid for it but after a week of using it, we were like we have to have this. We have not regretted yet buying it. So great having quality coffee/espresso drinks. Super easy to use, this machine walks you thru everything and is self-cleaning. Buy it now don't look back.

It broke after 6 months. I contacted the seller and they said they only provide a 30 day warranty. I contacted Jura. The phone number makes you leave a message and no one calls you back. It's been 2 months of emailing them and leaving 6 messages with no call back. If you buy a Jura product, get it from Costco or a place that is easy to return because the Jura customer service is awful.

This is our third Jura machine, however, the quality has gone down since the first time we bought a Jura machine. Frother and coffee stopped working after about 1month of use. Sent it back for repairs to Philadelphia under warranty; Jura sent it back as "fully repaired". Coffee works but brother still does not. Their warranty program says if they can't fix it then they send you a machine with the same "use" as yours: in other words, they send you a refurbished machine. We bought a refurbished machine in the past and it was not good. Look for a more reliable manufacturer as Jura has gone down hill with their quality and customer service.

This thing is crazy expensive, but it is a fantastic coffee maker.It's beautifully designed both in appearance and ease of use. The freshly ground coffee is so quick to make in the morning that I'm just in love. It takes no time at all compared to our old percolator or drip coffee setups. Cleaning it is simple, and it notifies you whenever the drip tray or grounds bin should be emptied. No thinking required, just easy and delicious coffee.

Nous avons longuement magasiné avant d'acheter la jura ena8. Mon mari est très satisfait car il boit des espressos, des ristretto et café allongé. Pour ma part, j'aime particulièrement les cappuccino et les latté. La mousse du lait n'est pas assez onctueuse et le plus gros problème est qu'elle ne reste pas plus de 8 minutes. Après 11 mois d'utilisation, pour la deuxième fois, nous devons faire réparer le broyeur à café. Je tiens à spéicifier que nous utilisons du café de qualité non gras. Si c'était à refaire, je n'achèterais pas cette machine

Dont buy it. Mine stopped working only after a month.
