Being extra wide means that these bands can be used both for upper body and leg workouts. As a Pro Body Coach I use bands with my clients daily. Sometimes with traditional mini bands they "roll" when doing some leg based exercises. Being extra wide means that you dont have these issues and you can use them as "booty bands" as well as for training your arms/chest/shoulders etc. I will be recommending these for my clients to buy.

With all of the gyms closed , I - like the rest of us - now had to find an alternative. I didn't want a house full of dumbbells/kettlebells so I thought that I would give resistance bands a try. What can I say except that they are Great!You have to be creative in how you use them, but overall they are arguably better than the gym machines and free weights - because in part how versatile they are, and how creative you can be with them. Initially apprehensive about them breaking, but that was just me being a wimp. Very sturdy with no chance of them tearing, let alone snapping. They are damned cheap as well, with lots of exercises on Youtube for you to try/copy. I have 2 full length bands and 1 mini band of various resistances, and they compliment each other very well. Very happy with my purchase.

I have been looking for an affordable mini resistance band - that is reliable and sturdy. Well, that's precisely what I got from this supplier. I have been using this mini resistance band for almost all my exercises, and the result after one week is visible. My endurance increased, my centre of gravity also improved after all the legs drills I have been doing, and my legs are a lot stronger. Anyone looking for an affordable mini resistance band that does precisely what you would expect, well don't look any further and get you one of this.

Bought the XX-Heavy for callisthenics for general fitness. I based the choice on past experience; I've tended to find bands generally weaker than described. This one isn't. It's very tough for someone without bodybuilding strength to use. If you're average like me go for a lower strength band. This doesn't put me off the brand, just clarified that the strength really is as described. Another thing, it's wider than similar bands, 3 inches / 7.5 cm. That doesn't matter to me, may be a factor for others.

I was looking for a single strong sport band to assist with certain weight exercises I do at home but most brands sell sets of 4 or 5.The product arrived safely and super quick. The band I choose is the black heavy type and it is ideal for my needs.The rubber appears of excellent quality and gives me full confidence that should be long lasting. The extra width compare to most competitors does also guarantee excellent comfort when in use.

Sport it's a health. But the health it's not everything. But without health everything it's nothing! These bands are really nice for people who like exercising at home, near the lake or even in the forest. With these bands actually you can exercise where ever you want! Where are 5 different levels of these bands, so you can choose which one you need. I like them because sometimes I don't have to much time to go to the gym, but with these bands sometimes I training just 15-20 minutes at home and it's enough for me to feel much better for allrest of the day!

I bought from atemi ages ago, but gave it back due to something (glute/leg band was really strong). And I said if I would buy any sport stuff, I would buy it from them because I could see their quality from the first time (it was unexpected due to the price and I was pleasantly surprised). I needed this resistance band, so I bought it from Atemi as I said I would in the past.Edit: broke the first time I used it :/
