Love this chair!!!
This chair is amazing!!! First it was VERY easy to assemble. It can with the base, back, two arm pieces and the electrical parts. The only thing I had to try hard at was push the arms harder to connect because of the cotton filling. The massage has 9 pre-set modes and 5 intensity settings. The timer is 10-20-30 minutes. The auto mode is an 18 minute cycle on mode , intensity 1.Fabric is micro suede and smooth to the touch, does not leave fuzz on clothes.👉🏼Bonus:I am charging iPad and iPhone from the chair as I type!!!! 💞

Hard to lock the foot piece down
I like this chair, it's comfy and does a good job massaging. The reason for the 3 stars is that it is extremely difficult, once reclined, to put the foot down and get it to lock into place. I would not recommend this chair to the elderly or to someone like me (I just had surgery). But also keep in mind it was also VERY difficult for a normal person to get the foot down.

It is not a certain recliner BUT....it is an okay chair
It is an okay chair.. it has a shorter back then I am use to but It works. I enjoy the heat.. very much dont really use the vibrate much. con with heat.. only 30 minute time.. which is good I guess, so no over heating.I dont feel the vibrate box much unless I lay my knee on it or something. It reclines nicely. I ONLY wish it had the lever to raise/lower the foot part, like some other companies put on theirs. This has a killer spring on it and to lower the foot part is really tough. Not so great for an older person who might be sick. heck even a younger person not sick. I THOUGHT of sending it back just because of this, but decided I would just stick the chair when I am done with it, down stairs. I will probably invest in another brand when that time comes. All in all.. it is a great little chair.. it fits me. REALLY check out the measurements on this... and it is what I needed at this time.If you are a larger person I DOUBT it will work for you. MY HUSBAND IS 6'6" and doesn't fit.Oh and I took it outside of the box and carried it in pieces up the stairs by myself and took about 10 minutes to stick it all together. FOLLOW THE WIRING CLOSELY wish they had color coded all of them.

Good chair for the price
I ordered chair for myself. I am 67 years old with severe arthritis and wanted comfy chair with heat and massage. It warms quickly, easy to recline and I have found not too difficult to get out of. I too must kick the foot rest, once I am up, to put it completely down and that is my only criticism. My son put together for me in about 15 minutes. He was having trouble getting the side pieces on until I read the review someone else had offered regarding same problem. After reading this to him, he quickly figured it out and I had a hard time getting him out of my chair. With seven dogs, who like to sit on me, the camo color will work well..cannot see the dog fur!

My daughter calls this chair “Thelma!”
Very sturdy and comfortable, with awesome features! Easy to assemble (took like 10 minutes to put together), and so intuitive that you almost didn’t need the instructions. Love the vibrate, heat, and recliner features. I especially love the USB ports! It’s an extra chair for our bedroom, which I’ve always wanted. I’d recommend to anyone! My grown daughter fell in love with this chair on a recent visit back home, and named it “Thelma,” because it is like a warm, comfy grandma!

Not comfortable..digs into back and legs
I bought this chair for my husband who works all day on his feet. The first thing I've noticed is that it is not a massage rocker, it's a vibration rocker and very loud. It sounds like the bass of a stereo system. The second was that you can feel the mechanical devices for the vibration through the chair padding. So when he is sitting in the chair, the pieces dig into his back and leg..it's just very uncomfortable. The material itself is soft and comfy, but the chair is not what I expected.

Perfect!
Excellent chair for the money in my opinion. Well made, easy set up & most importantly it's comfortable, just lean fwd a bit & the foot rest pops into place with very little effort & the massage & rocker features are absolutely silent. I give it 5 stars all 'round. Well done!

Difficult leg rest
The foot rest is extremely difficult to lock into place. I have to get out on the chairs and kick my legs back to lock them into place. I probably wouldn't buy again for that reason and I bought 2. Other than that, the chairs themselves are comfortable.
