Nobbytennis ball with squeaker XS 4.5 cm; 3 net

Bought to try in place of the usual Kong squeak-air balls we get. Outwardly all seems good. The balls themselves seems roughly equivalent quality. Where these balls fail, dangerously so, is the squeaker which are not fixed into the balls by any more than a thin layer of felt over the top. Any dog owner knows a squeaker toy is loved because it squeaks. So the flexing of the ball by the dog just forces the squeaker out within minutes. Had I not caught it in time he may have swallowed it. Trouble is now he tries to squeak it but nothing happens and has resorted to tearing the felt off instead.An utter waste of money, false economy. While the Kong balls only last a few weeks before the squeaker gives up, at least the squeaker stays IN the Kong balls. These Nobby balls barely last minutes before the squeaker is coming out.

Second time buying these balls - my dogs prefer the small ones despite being large dogs and love the squeakers in them! They do eventually trash them, as with any dog toy but I’m fine with that as these are a reasonable cost.I ordered these before I went into hospital to have my son. I was there a week and when I got out, I realised that they had sent the XS instead of the small. I didn’t get round to contacting the company straight away so just filled out the returns box stating that I’d been sent the wrong ones and I was happy to return them - I wouldn’t have minded but my dogs would have choked on them!Before I knew it, it came up saying the new ones would be sent and I didn’t have to return the others. They arrived a day later - very good customer service, super happy! Thank you :).I will donate the XS ones to my friend that has a mini sausage dog so they won’t go to waste.

Usually I buy Kong, but went for this brand instead. Now, they are not as though/not so much resistance as the Kong, but much cheaper - go its one of those "songs & roundabouts" situations! Now, 1 of the balls lost its squeak withing 20 mind but the others are still going strong, despite my dog being quite a "zealous" squeeker lol! Well worth the money!

I have just rescued a chihuahua so currently buying plenty of new dog toys. Purchased these mainly for the size and my boy Joe absolutely loves these. Brilliant that they have a built in squeaky if you squeeze it so can grab his attention quickly. Perfect for training as he's toy motovated rather than food. Will buy more.

As soon as I received my delivery I opened parcel ,I purchased 2 packs of these balls ie 6 balls on checking only 4 squeakedI then gave a ball each to my two chihuahuas but within 2 minutes they didn't squeakI found one squeaker in ones mouth and the other lying on the floor ,a total waste of money and dangerous for any dogs ,Shouldn't be selling this item, I won't be letting my dogs play with them again2 not working on delivery and 2 others the squeakers fell out straight away,

My Puppy LOVES these. I have a toy sized dog, who isn't much of a biter (and they may not be as durable for dogs that do), but they are perfect for mine.The squeaker in them works well, is a good pitch and I have been using it in training too.I will inevitably be getting more when we lose them in the park.

These are really great value.They bounce incredibly well and although they are small tennis balls they are not hard like some dog balls. They have some give in them so you can squeeze.I have a very happy dog.

My dogs love their squeaky balls but my daschund especially likes removing the squeaker! It's her biggest joy. Both dogs are small so they like the mini size. Even after squeaker is removed they can be played with until chunks are chewn out out of them!
