Very honestly I haven't used it much to assess its impact. For me, it was a letdown when the bigger stone came off the handle and making a part of it totally useless

It broke with one use!
I didn't even use it once and it broke. The Jade stone does not stay inside the holder - it's too loose.Andd it's not a refundable item! This is just terrible.
