Dont buy the forearm brace!!Its useless and will make you tire more!I wish someone had told me this. I bought the forearm brace since i couldnt afford the vest. The only use it has is if you use the plate inside to suspend your steadycam during balancing. Else its useless!This is for all forearm brace not just this one
